I'm about half done with this event. Drops have not been a problem. Yep, it's been easy for me.

 

Why I am stuck on Surface block 14 (that gives CAC)? What am I doing wrong? I have enough maps to unlock it, but it won't let me.

Are you trying to jump the fence, AniE? There are fences, hedges and what not to make sure we stick to the winding narrow path.

Mir, I am trying to figure out the path but the red X.s and how you got there (seemingly jumping blocks) is confuzzling. MaybeI need more coffee.
BTW I found a Norge krone (2009) on the ground at Detroit airport the other day

 

Banjo, the red Xs are where you don't go The path is shown by the crow feet trail, but it is low contrast so I put Xs to mark the squares which can be left out.

I'm trying to think of something you can buy with that single krone, maybe a grape or two

 

Except for my initial harvest all I grew were event crops, with varying degrees of idle time between harvests... finished the entire event with 174 crops left over, a ton of drops and a spare key this morning. WHAAAT? The drops kept up with the crops for once? Is this for real or did I miss some secret hidden part of the event!?! LOL

 

It seems for once Easy means the same thing to BP as it does to their customers?!??
CR up on both farms and just picking through the extras. I had to try my lovely Rose hips for overnight on one field. AmySue52 is still doing Carnations.
They so make a great 'start of Event plant'.

I want everything BUT the CR lol im happy everyone is finishing this event and im glad it was easy when it said easy

 

Ummm....I've gotten lost somewhere in this event. How is it that so many are reporting they are finished? I have thousands of crops to go. I am considering just stopping with the CR and givers (have those) but I thought I was close to being finished so grew another round only to actually count what is still required and it is a lot. I know I missed a harvest once but other than that, I've grown the crop during the day and normal crop overnight. Sorry....just a bad headache and can't figure it out. I don't think I forgot to eat CAC so not sure why so many are done.

 

Growing crops on two or three fields pnp? If only two it makes sense that you have thousands of crops left. I was growing crops on two fields and got the cloud row not that long ago (just realized I have lost sense of time and can't be more specific ). I stopped when I got to the cloud row and I suspect that some others who finished early also did that.

I used all 3 fields and set an alarm to remind me to harvest during the day (and I harvested the farmcup event crops each time as well), but did a lot of half asleep harvesting too . It's breeding season here for my flock of 37 Peafowl so my 11 Peacocks (and 2 loose strays that are camped out here trying to get to my Peahens) are quite vocal all night long from about 9PM to 7AM. I don't sleep that much usually anyway, but with my widows open at night their crazy hormonal screaming/calling back n forth wakes me several times a night. So I just grab my phone, log in on Puffin, harvest/replant with only one eye open, roll back over and go back to sleep lol

 

I just got the CR up and running this morning and need four more harvests to finish all squares (which is a must for my EFOCD!). I have been using two fields and for the first two nights I planted a longer crop overnight but realised I would be fine with the drops so from the third night I planted event crop overnight!
When the choice is ripping up my Glade or wasting valuable growing time, well, there is no choice for me!
With 24 hours to go, I have an excess of over 780 Maps and will finish with about two hours to spare!

Thank you all for some insight. I have used mostly all 3 fields but have kept out my storage facilities, jumbo trees and a few trees scattered on the edges. That plus the one day that I missed a harvest due to an appointment (what? something else than farming?) may explain how I am far behind. I did plant them overnight since drops are good. Thanks again
