Becasuse overlap event. So, I do a FSQ for a 36hr harvester prize
Because I want to had builder still active for this event........
    and Now................:sleepy:
OK, quite much time past, the Bug Point monster active again
Why, because mighty BP design event plant which similar with a main farm High LV. plant.
I always wonder why BP like to do such kind of decision!
Why chose Amaranth and use exactly same name as a LV234 plant, why don't call it
    carnival Amaranth ??
I think about the present Baha "Fern" event...BP designer's brain ..maybe do not belong
    to our world!
And the worst is : There is really had palyer achieved that LV and got Amaranth,
I just wonder if the mighty outworld designers had check or not.. if this may affect the
event data..if they had, why issue occur, if not, Why don't check xD

I should gone bed if the event had not start on 16:00 CET and suddenly stopped!
OK, I should leave the forum and get rest...

Comic library was useful. We got 3hrs of machinery doing it every time. Its high time they do something about it. Gives us something in place of it. With more and more of play fields being introduced, features like comic library is a must.

    Gah, event cancelled.

So much for all preparation, selecting overnight crop to match 16:01 CEST harvest, Cloudrow buff management to get max out of overnight crop and event plants afterwards, regular buff management required for events, the time it took to figure out the best fitting personal plant/harvest times using the best fitting plotsizes, market management for selling excess manure at the best possible price and/or back up storage for personal use .. all for nothing.
For sure preparation is a fun part of the game but now BP proofs to be unreliable with sceduled events I wonder if it's worth puting time in preparing for any other event ahead. Grumble, grumble.

I miss the comic library too! I also used it for machinery.
Maybe BP can figure out a way to bring it back. Will put it in suggestions.

ghaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hahaha xDxDxD I must admit to you all:

(excuse me .hahahahahaha) back on topic xD

I admit, I cancelled the event on my agenda loooooooooooooong before the announcement xD

The event was awful, there was no consideration given to my life which is not built around junking and

no compensation needed here as this was a quick fix

Waste of our time and efforts, to say nothing of the hours wasted on developing..... the necessary drops. Seems BP is a bit greedy scheduling these events so close....only to have to cancel after all of our efforts, time, money and planning. Hopefully they will realize this and compensate accordingly.

In my earlier post I noted that I may start out with a thud. yes, I took one flying leap and landed. Wonder what happened to pull it completely? Anyhow I'm wondering about the basket I bought....I stripped out my sugar beet for this to get started now look at my mess.

This event is marked with "CANCELLED" on event section.
Is this is a permanent or temporary??
Will BP give us a answer. Uptill now still no news from BP
    For me, My prediction is:
If BP don't want all design of this event come to ruin. BP best action is keep this event
    but postpone to next month?
    Why?
Pls let us take a look on the October preview thread on event Section.
    https://board-en.farmerama.com/index.php?threads/october-preview-calendar.33522/
2nd - 4th October: Carnival Event Cancelled due to issue
4th - 10th October: 2 out of 3 Event ha ha, tomorrow a event is coming again!
    4th - 31st October: Treasure Hunt Event

    11th - 16th October:
    Country Layer Event

    12th - 14th October
    : Pick-A-Tree Spree
    16th October: Shop-O-Rama Update

    16th - 18th October: Fruit Dealers Event

17th - 24th October: Fullmoon Experiment Robotics Event
    17th - 31st October: Moonlight Mania + Update
    17th - 31st October: Halloween Calendar
    18th - 21st October: Renzo + Shop Update
    24th - 31st October: Halloween Maze Event
    26th - 31st October: Breeding Quest

Look full of event, And then, overlap event just become BP's common behaviour!
There is no space to insert back Carnival event, So, postpone to next month is
reasonable action. At least what we prepare and harvest will not be rubbish!

There are in fact three events starting tomorrow though with varying degrees of actual action required! What i mean is that only one requires any farming! :p

I'm afraid that I couldn't get my head round that one so waiting for someone more mathematically switched on than me - that's about everybody here! xD

I was very disappointed that the Carnival Queen couldn't come to town, I had a really good start!

Please do so, AniE. I, for long, wanted to put that in suggestion. But due to several reason was not able to do so. Put the suggestion, I will second it .

Just now returned from work. Very tired. Its 7 in the night. After going through the Forum, with such a lot of events coming up tomorrow, I am like this [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG].

Now what should I plant to get what drops in which event ? [IMG][IMG][IMG]

 calm down ........ everything is going to be just fine .............. you'll be junking again soon

I looked at some market prices ...... and I saw walnuts ..... woooooooooow

Well, I might wanna mill some good ol power feed for a treat to give the neon chicken poopers xD

    A broke_farm fact:
    • with no mill subscription
    • milling two power feed treats a day
    • the farm would be finished milling power feed after 1,464 years
    As a junker would sayxDxDxD It's do-able

    Howdy,
Carnival Queen was postponed for a few days. It was a very short-timed event --- I believe it is important to plan as if itwill be announced in good time because of the long-termed crop needed to get as many drops as possible. How do you comrades plan for Carnival Queen and its reentrance as a playable event????????????????

  17. -Mir85-

    -Mir85- Living Forum Legend

It is not just a few days, they haven't decided when to rerun it. When it comes back it will be announced again just like any other event and we can prepare just like did do. All the drops and crops will be exchanged, so we start from scratch again.

The compensation pack goes to everyone, even to those who was not going to participate or was late? I really hope extraordinary price for those items which were inbarn .... the same with the baskets

Nope. at least not in my book. I am questioning why I am continuing to play this game at all...

Of all the things BP could do after this major flop there is one they should never do but is the path they are choosing to follow: exchange whatever leftovers we have.

Compensation pack doesn't compensate enough, because, as it was such a short-timed event, I bet many invested lots of resources at start. For instance, I invested much much more SG and Suzy-spray than they are handing back to us with their pack. Resources that cost a lot to get.

But it doesn't compensate at all for the time invested and all the inconvenience many went through just for nothing.

So, the least BP could do is keeping all what we've got (drops, crops) in our barns without any exchange whatsoever.

That's what I expected. That's what was decent from them to do. That's precisely what they are NOT doing.

(And they can spare their usual alibis: technical complications if they do keep them and so on. There's no technical complication they can't overcome if they really want to be fair. They must simply keep event related stuff in barn just as they do with everything else).
