hatzeva - I'm wondering the same!! However, success is mine - I have achieved the gazelle and the zebra!
Probably will fall short of finishing, but very pleased. The additional broths just won have netted me the pink goose from the Ingrid event as well. Blessings to all still at work; hope you achieve your goals.

I completed 107 games and my last prize was the "Red Anaconda" I must say I got much further than I thought and I finished the viking event which was my only goal! oops I forgot to say "Hail Queen Meba!" lol and I did get ALL the CR's!

 

I got both cloud rows and finished Viking Event. No Zebra but, hey, I expect, in a year of two, I will have a stampede of them on the farm. Can't say I enjoyed these linked events although some of the prizes were welcome.
Well done to those who achieved their goals.

 

Couldn't get my second cloud row, but just noticed the last 2 givers go into the haunted field. Bonus!!

 

I wasn't able to finish either event. I got the first cloud row but I'm 5 short of the second one. I really wanted it. I think they are controlling the drops so we have to spend money. I never used to have trouble finishing events. No zebra for me !

 

No zebra for me either. Got to game 94. Did get the 3.2 million EP which was welcome. When you crack through level 200 it becomes much tougher. At 205 now and need almost 70 million to level up. I miss the 100 levels!!

 

I finished the event. I couldn't get the 8 GBS & 25 BBs on the right. Got all other rewards.

Broke. I did as you said. Hurried up and finished the event, about 12 minutes before the event ended. And in another farm winded up the event in 3 minutes before the closing. Got Pink Goose stable in that farm.
Now where is my reward for doing as you said ?

Well, I made it to level 81 on the points and did 131/145 on the other side. By using some extra event crop buffs, I had enough to finish the event, but struggled on the drops. I did the last 3 days with long time crops trying to get enough drops to make the albums. I think this event was designed to see how many would buy the baskets so they could finish the event. I did get enough broths to do 55 games on the viking part and almost cleaned out the store.

 

In my opinion the drops were way out of balance with the crops. I finished the Viking event and the 145 mini games. Got the Zebra and 7BB and quit with over 3000 crops left. Spent most of the day yesterday planting carnations to get the drops. Extremely out of balance.
Congrats to all who got what they wanted and to the others don't feel badly because this was a very hard and demanding set of events.

 

OK, Got zebra and some good stuff.
But Hope no more such kind compound events.
Too much effort put into.

Tomorrow another complicated event coming.
I read FAQ & still got a little confused.
Maybe a good sleep will clear my brain!

 

Same here. Waiting for the brave one who is going to start the strategy thread for it.

 

I got one of the cloud rows on this farm, finished the left side on the other farm, but even that one fell short on the right side. I think I'm getting slower in my old age or something like that. Funny how some of us had a ton of crops left and no drops and both my farms had a ton of drops left and no crops...not sure how that happened. Did get enough broths on both farms to finish Ingrid's event.

Edit to add: PS - I won't be starting the thread for the next event, because all I got out of that event FAQ was 'gazpacho gazpacho gazpacho too much stuff and too many steps and holy cow!'

 

I had over 11,000 crops left and had just 8 drops when I gave up last night. The event ended while I was sleeping. I was trying different long crops and the best I had for drops was at just over 100 per field using crocus. Chrysanthemums were about the same, but took a bit longer to grow.

edit: I agree on the comment about gobbledy gook from the FAQ for the next event.

 

May be if we read it tomorrow, after a good night's sleep, we might understand it easily. Our minds are tired with actively taking part in the Birthday Event. Actually it should have been that after the birthday party, we should have been physically tired and mentally fresh. But now its the opposite.

 

I finished both sides of the event. I guess I was motivated. LOL!
I refused to spend RM, not in my budget. I realized we are supposed to give gifts to the birthday boy/girl but... I was greedy, wanting the gifts for me.
This event put a serious dent in my SG, SSG reserves aka hoarding. I was frequently rearranging the fields from small to large to comfort fields depending on need and time available to harvest. Too much time invested.

 

Congrats to those who finished the event completely, woo hoo for you! I woke up an hour before the event ended and snuck out to the living room to play the last few rounds on my new Fire tablet, and was pleased with the responsiveness of the touch screen even tho eyes were so blurry could barely see the objects . I didn't get all the way thru, but got the zebra I wanted, and both CRs, plus squeaked in enough for the 21 million EP on the left side, so I'm very happy overall. I have to admit, the strategy thread really saved me on this one, as I had made up my mind not to do the 1st game (find 60 items) after miserable 1st try early in event. But after reading comments, I tried again once I was familiar with the new scenes, and found it to be excellent in terms of racking up points. So a big thank you to those who take the time to post their experiences and thoughts on the games, they do make a difference. Two smaller farms didn't quite make it to the first CR, but both got the gazelle, and I'm satisfied with where they finished. Now on to the next hair puller...

Keep your eyes glued on the computer screen
Don't look away
Don't close your eyes and try to sleep
Think about junking

Just keep looking and patiently waiting or you might miss the reward

Remember, just stay awake and keep looking and waiting on the reward!

 

My SGs & SSGs reserve has gone empty too. I had around 100 & odd SGs left which I spent on the current spawn event. So I have to build up my reserve from 0.

Its all because, broke asked me to spend my SGs and finish the event in hurry. And now he says he won't give my reward. He wants me to keep my eyes open and to sleep.
