Blender Bash

Dunno about you but I always go the Glade right away each time after I milled blenders.
Then I find out there's nothing in my inventory to place.
Next I double check the mill to see if I lost my mind on things being ready when they aren't.
For sure there's no blender milling going.
After yet another check in my inventory I do find empty blenders.
Can't place those .. hum.. , grumble..
Baffled and puzzled I do a search for my sanity.
Once found, minutes later, I recall the bears to be fed first ..

As the above keeps happening I guess this event is designed to give silly smiles.

I now have 43 blenders up and running, will add a few more and decide the remaining part of the event is done by just harvesting the loot and by feeding the cocktails to the penguins and foxes till they dooze off.

 

I made a few calculations and I am not sure, if I am right, so please correct me:

The thingy with the three charges is very bold from BP, as it only adds work and confusion. But at the end of the day, each blender will from the moment you placed it on the field, give you at least 2 of one color.

Presuming three harvests a day (morning, lunch, evening) we have at most 14 harvests (one on day 1, 3 on day 2+3+4+5, 1 on day six.. all depending on your times)
We need at most 400 juices per color( if we don't buy the ones for star coins), each blender giving us a minimum of 2.
divide the number of juices needed by 2 and then the number of harvests left till the end, gives you the amount of blenders needed, as every "empty" blender gives you .a new one (maybe a different colour, but you can just delete and get a new one for it after 10 minutes), the number of blenders on your field will NOT change.

e.g. if you have no mixers harvested yet, but you are able to harvest them later tonight, you missed out on 3 harvests (1xyesterday,2xtoday), leaving 11 harvests to go:
400 juices per color needed / 2 per blender minimum / 11 remaining harvests = 19 blenders PER COLOR
Have a few extra, just in case you miss a harvest.

If you have 20 blender per colour by now x 11 harvests x 2 juices per harvest = 440 juices

If somebody would please check this ...because, IF I am wrong, I will delete the post straight away, so nobody gets confused

Edit: to not loose the overview of blender charges left, I have grouped my blenders in three different parts of the field, so I can always harvest one part and delete them easily by hand, when empty

 

Whoa! No need for too many worries. All posts do matter.

Your calculations are correct and I agree about 20 blenders of each by now should do the trick when you're able to harvest them 3 times a day. Got less blenders or no time for 3 harvests a day? Get more blenders asap or you'll face a shortage of juice and cocktails needed to get the event giver upgrades by the time the event ends!

Before you act or start to panic, keep in mind: to get the CR and givers requires a lot less juices and cocktails!!

Edit: as it is stated in the FAQ, the game will NOT end, when you have fed the penguin and fox 40 times, so if you have more blenders and get more juices, you can mill them and feed more penguins and foxes to get additional rewards Always better, than wasting them by exchange after the event ends

 

So what you are saying if we have over 20 blenders of each color...we don't need anymore?

 

only, if you are able to harvest regularly three times a day , but also check after each empty blender, that you still have the same amount of blenders for each colour

Clonahmon said it first and I confirmed: 20 basic blenders of each will do the trick when harvested 3 times a day. Any Deluxe and High-Tech blender is a bonus!

Haven't a chance to read posts, as off to bed, but if no one has reported back, even after 3 harvests of blenders once removed we get a blender box back.

 

Yes, you do.... does come back to you as a box and you open to a blender with new charges.

Oh my!!!! How fortunate am I to have you as a chickadee? It was a fluke too! I was trying to give daily gifts to my current chicks and clicked and voila....there you are!!!

Trying to get one of the new wheel givers that was released today...I landed on 100% harvest boost 3x. I'm going to stop growing event crop completely and just keep harvesting blenders I have. I now have a complete grasp of the event mechanics....finally.

 

When all charges are used it will say decoration only, this is when you have to delete. Thanks everyone for all the help!!

 

I may be the only one. Not liking this event. too much. plus can only plant on my magical glade which means I have to remove my pinks for space...that is absurd

 

Thank goodness all you savvy people, give me a chance of getting some goodies from this event I would at least like to get mostly blueberry stuff done I get too much mangoes ( I can't believe I am actually saying that)
Yes probably the only 1 farm person in this game MF 83. Don't complain though atm, since only been playing for a couple of months. Good luck to all of you!

 

Very much on track here, over halfway on both reward bars. I noticed after feeding the fox and penguin they quite often hand out wonder thinggies as reward. The penguin gives out the latest "Kusami" wonder stable which might turn into a Zebra habitat.
It's a small chance but it won't harm to stock up a few extra mango juice and cocktails just for that

the blenders you make in the mill you feed to the bears
the blue and orange blenders you receive from the bears, you plant in your Magical Glade - they will give you the blueberry or mango juice you need to make cocktails in the mill.
I know, it's confusing. I'm sorry, my Turkish isn't good enough to explain it in your language - I'm having trouble explaining it in English.

 

Note to self and other players: don't forget to open the Crate O' Bash you do recieve from the High-Tech Blenders!

I just found over 20 of those in my decoration inventory and now have the CR up and running

33/40 on foxes
35/40 on penguins

From the coins gained I bought:
CR and givers
Factory upgrades
Juices *buying these equals 50 mango juice and 50 blueberry juice. 1/8 of the total needed and 5 steps on each reward bar!*

Same here... alll coins gained, all coins spent on the same items, every harvest of mixers is a plus. got 5 stables still waiting to develop hopefully into zebras, one other turned into a sea pony stall... on mainland one wonderstable turned into a pony stall...
VERY happy camper here and still two days to go
