Feedback Farmerama - Game and Features

I don't usually as I feel that the 'game of chance' algorithms in Farmerama are set so low as to be nothing more than corporate theft. But I tried again and managed to verify that theft is still the best description.
Farmerama, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
A way back, when farmerama gave one of the back-street boys as a reward for spending a coupla hundred bb's at once, I tried about 80 or 90 times and didn't get one Howie Donut ! And their percentage in games-of-chance hasn't got any better. Beware the thief in sheep's clothing!

I also noticed that the skips were better this time during Baby Boom.

I like that San Gigantica is offering more Red upgrades to both stables and pens.

 

Maybe the skips were better for you, but they were definitely NOT for me! I was unable to finish the (Lynx) event, and I had a fairly good stock. I think BP might give good skips on some sort of (world/country locations) rotation...?

 

At this time, I do not have any specific feedback regarding the current events themselves, but just a feeling of being overwhelmed with so much going on. Any of the events we have running right now could be enjoyed as a stand alone event, but everything is jumbled up with all fields engaged for various events with varying times making it difficult to keep track of where I am and what is next. While I do appreciate the longer running of some events and trying different ways to do them so we don't get bored with the same old thing, having them intertwined means being very carefully diligent for all running events causing some stress (for me).

Events: The Great Chase III (crops, drops), Fishing (lures from multiple events), Wonder stables (wonder where and when I can put them out), San Gigantica Express (hope I can remember to return in an hour to send off another load....not only remember but just be online), Baha Weekend Quest (crops) and now Moonlight Mania (I had completely forgotten it started today).

I love my farm and have for quite a long time. This is just too much....

 

Bravo pnp, you hit the nail on the head and quite nicely too! I too love my farm BUT this is way too much! I normally pick and
choose what events I want to do, BUT if I want to Fish I have to do these "Other" events to get the lures, I think it is a bad Idea and I hope BP will not do this again!

 

When I started playing this game, back in March 2013, events were run one at a time, even MM, since it had to be grown on the main farm field only. I enjoyed that, the game was relaxing and if I wanted to not play an event, not as much of a deal.

Could we please go back to the way events were? One at a time, nothing concurrent. Make this a game again instead of the drudgery it is now.

 

We know the company wants the players to use buyables like SG, SSG, Tickets and the such in the greatest numbers possible as it generates the much needed revenue to keep this game ads free. There are many ways to achieve this but it seems to me the Team only knows one way: constantly annoy the players by presenting events with outraged requirements in the false hope the majority eventually will pay to finish these events. Well, I admit maybe I would pay if these events offered something worth my money, my effort and my gameplay but the Team desires not to do so and mainly hands out tiny measy rewards.

If you want me to buy in game stuf and support the company then give me value in return and not yet another event with absurd requirements and pityfull rewards.

It's nice of you to introduce new neighbour gifts - but for a week! We already have an event which requires drops. We now have to decide between three choices what to send our neighbours and friends. Why keep these new gifts just for one week - it's about time the gifts were updated permanently.

Edit: Oh, I only just noticed that one of the gifts costs BBs! Didn't see that straight away! Unbelievable!

 

New neighbor gifts--that's nice and something actually new. Bad that there are only two, and one of them costs BB. Bad that they are temporary and only running during an event where we also are gifting drop items.

I've beat this horse to death, but too many events going on at once.

Instead of new events offering yet more cloud rows, crates, wonder stables/trees and all the other ho hum just another thing to open prizes for extravagant effort, why don't you give us more opportunities to open areas on the pet playground? That thing's been maxed out for what feels like forever. Space is an ongoing problem, why be so stingy with that one?

 

New neighbor gifts are lovely. But such a short duration, and limited choices, and making us choose them instead of event drops... I was excited about this idea, but the reality gets a thumbs down.

Also - inundated with an excess of events. Can we please return to one event at a time?

 

Am I the only one who doesn't need more manufactories? Just wondering, because I don't even use all the manufactories that are available now. Where are we supposed to put all these things with nonstop events taking up all our fields and space?

 

Or gather the huge amounts required to obtain the Manufactories? Most of the time our fields are taken up with events.

 

Wow...lots of ignored feedback...let's see about this one.
PLEASE make it so we can open multiple windows while we play. Especially during events like G&T. Having to flip in and out numerous times is taking up too much time. If that is not an option, then please have hover ability with the item details popping up. There are so many old items being offered on the trade board I don't recognize (especially for new players) and have no clue if the trade is worthy or not.

Give players an amazing gift package on the date of their yearly anniversary. And make it better with each additional year!!

 

Surprise!! (Not! lol) You are Not the only one who cannot use more Manufactories - in fact I have had to empty one and store it away!!

GASSSSP!! Yep, agreed - we are having so many EEEE(K)-VENTS that I have no room for it, OR the stables needed to produce the items they hold!!

Sometimes I think the CURE for FOCD is 'toooo many Eeek-vents'!!

Does anyone think BP will ever learn??!......B-4 it is too late, and this game is driven into the ground??

Yes, I agree sebe96. It is important to remember to praise the positive changes that are made.

 

I very much appreciate that the new product quests reward harvester coupons instead of machinery that starts immediately. Also the new packages with mystery eggs are great for those of us who enjoy the suspense In addition, it is my impression that the drop rates overall have improved, and that the style of events has been altered to give players more of a chance to do regular farming. All of this makes me feel that feedback IS being heard.
