We will get these drops while harvesting our crops, trees, animals and workshops on the 2 moonlight lands only!

Mill Product: Awakening Potion
Ingredients: 550 x Fly Agarics + 56 x Empty Potion Bottles

You can start both right and left sides together, or do them one at a time.
Each mini game round requires 1 x Gargoyle Coin to play.

Requirements:
For Left Statue: 5 x Awakening Potion (2,750 x Fly Agarics + 280 x Empty Potion Bottles)
For Right Statue: 5 x Awakening Potion (2,750 x Fly Agarics + 280 x Empty Potion Bottles)
For 40 mini games:
22,000 x Fly Agarics + 2,240 x Empty Potion Bottles

Total Requirements:

27,500 x Fly Agarics
2,800 x Empty Potion Bottles

Things I learned - the givers will give an extra animal on the MM pens. Yay! (And thanks, Shooger.Sweet for clarifying that!)

Nice cloud rows - they mature in 24 hours or less - always a plus in my book.

If you look at things offered for star coins, old cloud rows are available (if we don't already have them) - nice for newer players.

There are chances to earn a hellhound den and fairy wand boutique with the crates.

 

The German FAQ says the items give +50% EP, not extra animals, who knows what is correct.

I'm in ... but the drops seem a little high considering that the longest crop on MM is 8 hours. May have to think about putting all my stored trees out!

illy, longer trees are a good option if you can't harvest often (are the moonlight trees even that long?), but if you can: crops with water and terror bouquet and possibly CR is much better since you then squeeze more growing time into actual time.

 

Thanks Mir. Just normal farming for me then! The longest tree (without upgrades) is the Dark Queen's Apple at 12 hours. I do have some Grave Candle Cactus due to mature today but they won't come round again during this event.
I am still wondering if the drop rate will be good or not though cos if it's not, all bets are off!

Edit: Mind you, I just checked the FAQs and the event is longer than normal so maybe this will be possible after all! Only 350 drops a day required!

Crop is pretty, Gargoyle Floof is adorable, mini games are fun. Love that the CR is empty so we can put surplus givers from inventory. The crop amount is a little daunting but the time to harvest allows for my real life's responsibilities without worrying about harvesting often.

At first review of FAQ....two puppy paws up.

I asked in the general section under help and shooger.sweet replied that the FAQ would be changed - because I couldn't figure out how the game was going to book half an animal into the barn.

 

That was what I thought when I read the FAQ yesterday. 1/2 animal.

When I logged in to my farm I found that I have left one field fallow. And the other I know, it was with braincoli. So I think I have to chase drops this event.

 

How are drops for everyone? They are really bad for me. I only have 60 so far, if you are having luck, what are you using, Even Jelly Ears dont seem to be working very well. I will never hit 350 a day at this rate.

 

sebe, so far I have 109 drops - that's with a start of duskshadow blooms on both fields. At this rate, I won't get 350/day either. Oh, the 109 includes 5 from magic trees and a couple from neighbor gifts.

 

Forgot to activate TB before harvesting and instead using a EP bonus that is for 24 hours. No way am I deleting those. Will have to use Mir's suggestion with TB starting tomorrow. I had a few stables out (hellhound, cat fairies and now the wand boutique) but I can already tell the difference between the field that is all crops and the one that is mixed with stables, trees (never remove the grave candle) and crops.

I have 106 so far so still below the targeted daily rate. Granted, it is still early but event has been running 6 hours. In another 6, it will be close to bedtime so the likelihood of getting to 350 in the next few hours plus morning harvest (putting us close to 24 hours lapsed probably won't happen.

 

I am up to 90 now, needless to say I didnt have long crops in first thing this morning, but I am starting to find that most anything under 5 hours isnt doing anything much at all. I harvest 5 blacklights and got nothing, and there was one of the trees I had like 12 ready at one time and didnt get a single drop. So I am gonna have to grow all the long crops I guess, I really didnt want to have to remove my high EV items. I have 158 Red Oaks, to gain EV for the hoedown, but I havnt paid attention yet as to what they will yield, I dont want to remove those for no reason. Now on the good side, I have multiple wheel bonuses, that I am gaining a big gain in crops, but the drops have me worried.

Will not be able to play very much, and my green meadow stays full with important things, so only one field that I'm decorating for Halloween. Currently I am at 182 drops, after three harvests. Started with ears, but went to two shorter crops to get more harvests. Not very good. Will take out the couple of pens and all but a few trees and switch to glow mold overnight.

I'm going to save myself 5 potions by only unlocking the right statue so I can play the Demon Dice mini game exclusively for all 40+ games. Much prefer the crates from Demon Dice over the crates from Horror Pairs since the hellhound den is far more expensive to buy in Jack's Shop than the fairy wand boutique, and the 5 potions I save by not unlocking the left statue will give me an extra 110 star coins to spend in the event shop + however many crates I get from the 5 extra mini games.

16 hours into the event, I'm up to 325 drops (excluding free gifts and drops from magic trees) after 4 full harvests (including initial harvest). Both fields have been cleared of trees and stables except for 1 arboretum, 2 menageries, 3 grave candle cactuses, and 1 red hellhound den. The rest is covered in 1x1s where I've been growing crops in the 6-8 hour range on 1x1s with my Moonlight Mania Stalk Row 2 and a terror bouquet activated, plus water and manure.

I have another harvest of 6h crops coming up in an hour so I should have no trouble reaching 350 drops before the day is over. As long as I harvest on time and manure is plentiful, I don't anticipate any problems finishing the event.

That said, I hope the flood of complaints on the DE and HU forums will force BP to increase the drop rate. I'm seeing way too many players struggling to get the needed drops for this to be considered a "medium" difficulty event.

I think I will follow your strategy zerodegrees. I will start with demon dice mini game first and play it till I feel 'Enough'. And then chose whether to continue the same or cross over to the other.
