Does anyone remember what points the stables are worth? I was unable to find any FAQs that answer this question.

 

Yellow worksops are 510 each and since I have acquired 210 yellow sheep shearing sheds guess what I'll be using ?!

For the first time, I am splurging my BBs.

As a free player I am somewhat of a hoarder of BBs, however I can't imagine a better way to spend them than on clearing out the inventory of useless items, and getting back some great pieces in return. I don't think I would be disappointed by any of the possible outcomes, and need quite a few of them, so although I haven't actually set them out yet, I don't feel any of the outcomes would be a waste of the 1BB instant finish. I had 243 BBs to start off with, so plenty to get a lot of the inventory cleared.

Edit: Well, 112 BBs later I have collected 47 mystery cargoes and 67 mystery cargo II's. Obviously I haven't harvested them yet - my fields are full of trees collecting maximum EP with bonuses, but I will get them harvested over the next few days and keep you updated on results! I have a batch of 27 maturing on baha as we speak. I'm sure I will end up with plenty more to give away, but I have well and truly cleared the inventory (I am a minimalist - only 2 of each thing), which I have been trying to do for years! Never spent BBs on this event before - it is expensive but well worth it, especially when the possible outcomes are as good as they are this round.

For context, 114 wonder stables would cost 570 BBs to purchase, with no guarantee of a good result. I spent just 112 BBs for a guaranteed good outcome (for me, at least). I knew the wonder stables events were a rip off, but I never knew just how much!

For now...back to hoarding BBs so I can clear the tree inventory when the trans-seedlantic express pops by!

Admittedly I now have a significant excess of a few things (by my minimalist standards - born only of the fact that I can't keep up with the feed requirements for more!) - but I may pass them on during G&T or a future farm express event. No sense trading them in now only to get more of the same.

 

So far: Air Bubble Workshop and Pink Chicken, no complaints here. I just pop them in every hour, no rush to get them back to the station!
Tons more Yellows to unload.

I am focusing on the Factories and using 6 yellow monkeys for my crate payload.

So far I have gained:
1 x Ear warmer factory
1 x Red Toad.

Got the Hair Gel Factory and a Tiki Totem I was missing.
Very pleased.

 

Truth be told, I'd love to have and use dozens of each. But I just don't have the room for them, and the feed runs out too quickly to keep that playing style up (since lots of stables out sacrifices crop space), so I usually end up only having two or three out at a time anyway. No sense keeping the inventory stocked with dusty stables that I might bring out once in a blue moon, so may as well pass them on and get something more useful in return!

 

Hi everyone, I have 60 truffle farm1 yellow workshops! I got them off the Farm wheel, needless to say I am dumping 2 at a time on the train each time it pulls into the station! And YES I know they are each worth 510 value points so I am overloading BUT I just want to get rid of them! I hope I can get a Hair Gel factory back at some point! Good luck and have fun!

Overboarding is why I wanted to be able to get more than one pen at a time. There are lots of windows on the train so more than one can fit.

It is just frustrating doing one at a time and I can only think that the reason BP won't do it is because they want us logged on for more hours but I don't do this for the train. I spend the hours farming and when I am done I log off (train or no train). It would just be nice if they would allow more than one. Also some players use the BB function to have an instant harvest so they would spend more BBs if they could receive more than one pen at a time.

Anyway, already suggested it, not accepted; so I guess I just have to hope that I am lucky and receive the new pens/workshops.

I also use they "yellow" strategy -- no one wants them and I have plenty of extras.

List by Value and search Yellow:
1 x 510 and 4 x 60 = 750
1 x 890, 1 x 60 and 1 x 50 (2 x 40 and 1 x 30) = 1000

I received lots of Yellow Feather Collecting Stations from the farmwheel too.

I also have lots of Orange and Reds that I can't trade during GT. It seems everyone wants neons -- sometimes I can't even trade the Pinks.

It would just be nice to load up that train with around 5000 points and have 5 mystery cargoes come back all at once.

 

?? Hair Gel Factory?? who makes that product. It's new to me. Thanks for your time and answer.

 

These are all new workshops. Hair gel is made by anteaters.

Thanks Sanddollar, I kept putting in the 1,000 EV one until it dawned on me, I only wanted the Hair Gel workshop! Got some nice Reds and a Pink Chicken so can't really complain - and I still have plenty of yellows that are queuing up for the Train!

Hey, Squggle, I just saw your haul! Wowser! That is a strategy I may have to check out ... next time! Not enough BBs for the moment and I do like to hoard them ... constantly! Too rare to come by.
