Items earned in Kaboom event not showing up in cloud row

    I earned the Cakexplosion and Pinata Surprise items but when I try to put them on the cloud row they are not in my inventory.
    I've gone over and over the whole map and all the prizes appear to have been earned.

    My other farm Cassie101 is experiencing the same problem.

    I have cleared my cache and browsing history

    I'm not a moderator here but yet I might have an answer:

    The givers won and needed for the event CR are charged givers and therefor need to be harvested several times first on regular fields.

    Hello Erridge,

    As habalala stated, those items are charged items and the charges need to be used before they can be placed on the cloudrow.
