Love your sunny way of looking at it this month's MM. Yeap three harvest this go-round. One at open and then two more before close. YES!!! I'm lucky enough to have two and have not done the quest requiring them.
Like you, I always mulch and Susy Super Grow any super long trees like the Candle and the Midnight Oak (not as long but long enough) I'm also lucky enough to have two of them also. I noticed that at one point I had 9 candles on the tree I need to figure out what buff I have that did that.
I also Mulch and Susy up any new or rare trees for awhile

Yes, devil's claw is a baha crop - you have to open it with golden bananas in the monkey temple - it's on "page" 2 of the statues - one from the right edge.

This is the worst event ever! I am done...don't care any more. Just happy to get as far as I got on all my participating farms.

 

Put in the field when the mania ends and collect the finished crop when the next one starts.

i have kept. grave candles on only in between MMs. seems like a waste of space otherwise.

 

I leave mine grave candle trees out on MM fields the entire time. For two reasons: MM is not always at the same time each month so to allow those trees enough time to be ready for the next edition, I leave them out. Second, should I not be online when MM ends, I would miss placing them out and then it would be 2 months in between harvests.

However, I do agree that keeping them out during MM does feel like a waste but it protects my harvests.

Hopefully, for all those players who do not have certain MM items (grave candle cactus, midnight oak, etc), there will be a way to acquire them in the future. I know they are available to be traded in Gift and Trade but they seem hard to get. Maybe there will be a quest or event that awards them or maybe they will move to Jack's shop.

 

I used to do that, but I missed the end of MM a couple of times, so I leave them to grow. And use mulch and Suzy, once they were not ready, when MM started (and ended). I do not have so many of them, that I would need that space. I usually keep my Midnight oaks only between MMs. Only XXL is in use.

Gift and Trade is seldom at same time with MM, everybody has them growing between MMs. Even if you want to trade, you cannot get it out of the field.

3000 SGs ? Why ?



I completed 22 steps. In 23 ans 24, I did those steps that gave harvest coupons and Farm coins. Not enough crops to finish the last 2 steps fully. But not much lost. So no worries.

 

This is most Challenging Event that I have played and I have made 24 Cake Stand

Well Done to Those who have completed it ,it sure it wasn't easy at all, The lesson we have learned is an action plan that I and many others not plan it properly should looked at the resources required the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry of all 12 levels

I had ShortFall of Flacon and vials by several hundreds I did miscalculated the Barberries too,I used SSG on my Jumbo Trees to use SG nuking refinement crop getting shortfall of vials i must have did 15 rounds this strategy always helps on shortfall of eveht drops

Nothing can really help speed up drops of Flacons only Super Mulch I used on my Firld of Jumbo/Super Trees, I did indulge to do some un planned breeding using Powerfeed gaining breeding at 50% discount plus all those needed flacons I did get surplus flacons lots of them lol

I am spooky lover love my MM Fields as I am spooky hoarder serious one lol ai have 3 Midnight Oaks 15 Grave Candles Trees during Gift and Trqde I always try obtained very hard Spooky items for my Spooky Quests

It is Cheaper to obtain spooky items in jack shop

Not Good News for Those who want build Trolloplant Shed in Jacks Shop as you need Grave Candles and Midnight Oak Tree both of these will be highly sought after items in Moonlight Msnia world

Lots of breeding - even had to use all my my half price breedings that I had ready for the next breeding event. Lots of SG and SSG, though not thousands, just hundreds. I am on Layer 12 but will only do the middle option as far as the Exedra Stables. I could have made it on crops but the drops let me down.

I wasn't that far short considering but it is disappointing nonetheless. But I have conditioned myself to not feel too bad if I don't make it, it is not that unusual and there is always another event ... in fact, another one starts tomorrow!

 

Because I did not have enough products until the last 30 hours. (My Mushroom Forest land is only 55 units (1x1) . I didn't have a Medusa tree, the empty vial wasn't enough.)
I even used SG ,for cloves to get empty vials. As I wrote: stubbornness is a bad thing

 

It was finished anyway, thank you lovely neighbors for the gifts.

 

I understand imalattanhalka. It must have been tough to make that decision. I am too somewhat like you, do not give up until you accomplish. So it's not a bad trait. Many a times very helpful indeed. So don't worry. Be happy about your victory. It shows you can accumulate the resources and finish a event in the game. You can easily restore the spent SGs.

I think used around 1500 Turbo Mulch for trees to get the drops. I decided at the start itself that I will not use SGs as I wasted them last event and forgot to harvest the last round before the event ended. So it went waste. My target was the cloud row and I got it. Others were extra rewards.
