I am muddling along best I can - so much going on in real life but I promise to sit down and try and make sense of everything. Last night I was putting tinsel on the tree after midnight. Today the baubles are going on.

found a flaw in the game
just finished the main field path of this event, got the key to open next stage, i chose moonlight world path....got my 9999 candles, go to mill some seeds...no fir branches.
ive now got to wait 5 hours to get some more allocated every 5hrs if you have 0 in storage.

surely you should get a fresh supply of fir branches with the candles when you start each pathway?????????

Read illy1996 post in this thread (number 26) about how to 'store' fir branches. It makes sense.

 

All very well having this strategy BUT I have to always remember to engage my brain before changing the type of milling - I have messed up at the final furlong a couple of times in previous events because I got so used to milling one type of feed and once it is lined up to actually mill, it is so quick, by the time I realised my mistake, it was done lol!
On a positive note though, at this moment, I have 45 seeds lined up for the next part of the event!

 

Don't forget to get your deck in 12 hours. I always forget, I am definitely a very forgetful person.

 

I have, somehow, managed to save 25 so far. Lost 20 Fir branches

Thanks ... I have forgotten both days initially but I would only be able to grab it once a day so I didn't lose anything - yet!

Just finished the main farm section - and successfully milled 50 seeds for the Moonlight part. Wahoo! Now to do the same for the island seeds. (BUT I did forget to eat FC and WI!)

Nala: thanks for the heads up on breeding. I had just filled my Motel with a mixture of most of the categories but thankfully I did include some of those you mention! Phew!

I had the best time ever breeding just for the sake of it! Is this the only place you can actually say those words?

I wonder why this:
I have completed tiles 9 and 20 BUT tile 27 is STILL (edit:LOCKED), why ?! I actually opened each Tile in the Island and Moonlight sections but it is STILL UN-LOCKED so How to unlock tile 27? I have over 4900 (in fact 4923) ball ornaents!

What is wrong with this?

 

same problem, opened tiles 9 and 20, tile 27 still locked, ID number in signature to stuff-use... edit, where is my signature, so number is 17993066
