Santa Rocks 1 - Locked tile 27

I have opened tiles 9 and 20, should to unlock tile 27 (with ball ornaments, have lot of over 4000 of it) but it is still locked. Notised that "anki74" have same problem (she/he even opened all tiles Island-path and Moonlight-path, I have opened all Island-path, not all in Moonlight but me too openned tile 9).

My ID number for checking is 17993066.

You need to have tiles 15 and 20 opened to unlock tile 27. The FAQ had the wrong tiles, but has been corrected.

Yes You can, because I have opened ALL Island path tiles, also 15 and Moonlight tiles: 17,18,19,20,21 and 22. Only 23 and 24 tiles are still Un-locked... Previous "path-events" it was "only" needed to open special tiles "neirbourgh-tiles" in this case/event those 15 and 20 tiles.

You can check that with my ID 17993066 that so it is.

EDIT: browser cache cleared (7 days), both Opera and Chrome, no efect to this problem. I wonder, that was an option not a bug, when moving to my first bath´s "Island" to "Moonlaight" there was only 5 seeds availeble, FAQ promised 10. I use those 5 seed (with Mill) and plant 5 Moonlight event plants. Then closing my game and came back, notised that there is 5 more seeds, so I Mill that 5 also, plant those, so I have in that case 10 Moonlight plants. I THINK that was not a problem but was it a problem? FAQ tells that every 5 hours 5 more seeds to milling, so when moving i get only those 5 and when re-freshing the game, game notised that I have 5 hour and give me 5 more seeds to mill and then plant. There is nothing more that I even can think about to reason why this problem is "on". But when doing to end Island-path ja plant 10 plants, that tile 27 was closed so it should be in that time! But not opened when getting to tile 20!

 

I have same problem with MY Same Old PC (we are IRL-family, if stuff checks IP´s !!) all 3 using same PC.

All 3 game accounts have a same problem.

Wondering Why nobody else in all the World have NOT same issue/problem?

I think we are playing with in rules, when planting 5+5 event plants with re-booting games between it/and the Millings when FAQ promised 10 event plants! FAQ says - "Every player will receive 10 Fir Branches at the start of event. If you drop under 5 Fir Branches the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 Fir Branches." We all get 5 and 5 more when reloading the game. So we did not broke the rules, I think so, when usin reload to get 10 plants as promised <--> if that thing is something to do with that problem to open "connect-tiles" and first that tile 27!

So I and "sapeli" and "anki74" have same problem, tile 27 is not opening to us!

The Game Team is aware of the problem. It should be fixed sometime today. When I have further news, I will update you.

Very Nice to hear / what a relief to hear that "there is problem in the game" (You know what I mean, Hoping no problems but better in the game than my devices!) not My/Our accounts or My PC No problem if problem fixed in the event time!

Your accounts have been booked the Hamster flavored Stollen deco item and 1100 Ball ornaments removed from inventory. Please refresh your farm to see the item.

Please ask further accounts that are unable to open tile 27 to post their own message in Tech so I can fix their account and it does not get lost in other player's posts.

Anki74 is now in Our PC and InGame so I have to check a bit later that You mentioned and anki74 sends You to Support-section a request/message to "get opened tile 27" and getting that EP-item "to barn" but she will also see and ckeck that when I logged Out from forum just now... THANKS, hopefully the problem solved so team do not use script to all pleyers!

Just send Support-message when asked, Nuubi-Joonas2210 will check his account when I´m out of the game (family PC...)... hope team solved the problem and next 2 tiles with EP-items and centre-tile with seeds, opened "quick" without some extrawork to team and players!

Now we have checked these accounts in Our Family=using same PC computer, and:

Nuubi-Joonas2210 - Hamster flavored Stollen - "OK" in my barn/warehouse
sapeli - Hamster flavored Stollen - "OK" in his barn/warehouse

anki74 - WAITING her - Hamster flavored Stollen to her barn/warehouse (She = anki74 = has sent a message to this support at your request and the support will take care of the item (before receiving a fix in the game that it is possible to open the items yourself, as planned) to her barn/warehouse

and some editing "old spoken words...":

We just noticed (the 3 game accounts mentioned above and their owners) that: Event section 1 does not get the seeds of section 2 from the "middle" for milling, but cloud row number 1.

So thus, fortunately, the administrators and the programming team have more time to solve this mystery of opening "prizes" / "boxes" between different paths, or rather of not opening them. In other words, the game can be continued without a cloud row one, however, from the "three gates" of section 2, once you have had the required 3 different keys piled up and delivered.

The main thing is that the cloud row one will be available before the end of the event, probably preferably before the Holidays administrators think that there is no need for Holidays to work overtime with this problem. Wouldn't this problem be solved and if nothing else then you have to remind and probably directly to the support if the other "tiles" don't open

Am I understanding correctly that anki74 has sent off a message to Support rather than post in Tech? If they have sent a ticket to Support, they will then have the issue resolved by them.

Yes she (...me...for her) wrote to support using support button under the game window using "problem with game" hope I understund right that You asked to do so... sorry if it goes wrong... seem to be vice to translate at least Admistrators texts to players... uups... meaning this what You wrote... "Please ask further accounts that are unable to open tile 27 to post their own message in Tech so I can fix their account and it does not get lost in other player's posts."

What means "tech" same or different than Support ? G-translator translates it from English to Finnish only "tech"

 

Tech means where you posted (in Technical Issues). It is fine that she wrote to Support, they will fix the issue instead.

I will leave the thread opened until you confirm that all effected accounts have been resolved.

öööh, sorry BUT... I have in morning over 6000 ball oranaments, now I watched and have only 800 !?
But NO Hamster flavored Stollen, even NO Campfire Friends, NO Martial Baking, NO Cloudrow 1 !!!
Over 5200 ball Ornaments missing, I have provided 200 today to Farm-path tile, but it is only 200 pcs, no 5200 pcs what is missing just now...

Help ! There is NO OTHER place were can I even in accidentally but those over 5000 bal Ornaments. Now I don´t like this suprise !

EDIT: sorry only 208 pcs ball ornament now, gone about same amount that all THREE ep-items needs when opening those, Understand if I have all 3 ep-items in barn/warehouse but no-one of 3 of it is barn/warehouse!

And I have re-freshed game now 3 times... auts, were are those 5000++ bal ornaments now !?

 

My account is JUST FINE, got that Hamster Flavored Stollen deco-item, minus 1100 bal ornaments, just like it could be, but whats above what happened to "anki74" she has problem, over minus 5000 ball ornaments "somewhere" and no deco-items, even no Hamster Flavored Stollen ! So please let this thread open! (and hopefully fix anki74´s situation... hope so...)

Nuubi-Joonas2210 has had ball ornaments adjusted and deco item added
sapeli has had ball ornaments adjusted and deco item added
anki74 has submitted a Support Ticket and Support has replied. Please reply to your support ticket with this new information so further investigation can be done.

Are they are any other concerns we can help with?

 

Sorry MODS, can I be of help here? Can I ask who is left having issues? And what might it be? I do think from what I read I may know.. As was gonna offer pictures to help. But now I am lost as to who needs help and why? Thank you all for understanding me jumping in. Please let us know thanks.

Also can the OP (the main person asking for help) post here? Even if you have many accounts please say or make new topics with such accounts. Help is here. Chances are if we can help with one account, we can help with others. I must say I am lost in this but see issues. Let's fix one issue (player) at a time please.
