I was expecting to get 95 star coins for a sequence of 22 strawberry slices and I got 42.
My balance in the shop reflects this 42 as I now have 44. This is incorrect. Hovering over the game said I was to get 95, I think, definitely more than 90, maybe 92.

Hello davidb1yth007,

The display counter was showing the incorrect amount, but was fixed yesterday. The correct amount is booked, which for the game you asked about, was indeed 42 Star Coins.
Do you play through the SAC? If so please log out and then back in to see if the display counter shows the correct amount now.

I disagree with this statement. I have recorded how many Star coins for each number of adjoining strawberry slices and give you the following examples. The first number in each is the number of adjoining strawberries and the second is the number of star coins. 2-1; 5-8; 6-11; 7-15; 8-19; 9-23;
10-27; 11-32; 12-36; 14-47; 15-52; 16-58;17-64. So there is no way I am accepting
42 star coins for 22 strawberry slices.

 

I will ask the Game Team to double check your logs and update you as soon as I have an answer.

These are your logs for the Game in question:

Of the 14 tiles that had strawberries, only 13 were connected. So the 42 Star Coins that were rewarded are correct.
I can only suggest your clear your browser and cache to see if that clears the visual errors.

The representation above is missing eight tiles that had strawberries. The ten on the right are accurate, but the others are not. There were 22 joined tiles.
Please keep this thread open until I prove it.

This clearly refutes the information that you are relying on. It is shown that I had, in fact, 22 adjoining strawberry slices and that you owe me
50 star coins which I want before this event ends.​

Yes, thanks Shooger, I have tried that. I have been able to send a photo to the 'contact form' but I see that hasn't been replied to, yet. Is that something you may have access to ? I assure you that my claim is genuine, but I do not have the technical ability to send photos to this forum.
In your diagram above, the 3x3 square immediately to the right of the 'lone' strawberry (showing 8 zeros and 1 two) is in fact 8 strawberries and 1 two.
Referring back to your diagram above, It appears that the sections to the right show each individual tile, with a 3 indicating a strawberry. Well I count twenty-three 3s. Way more than the 14 shown on your diagram to the left.

 

When you say you have successfully sent a photo to the contact form, does that mean you sent in a Support ticket? We cannot see any of your images We do not have the ability credit you with any missing star coins as we can only act upon what the logs show.

If you have already contacted Support, then you will need to wait for their reply.

The logs above show in the left section the 3s that you have highlighted - 14 total. There is a clear disparity with the next three sections which show twenty-three 3s from the tiles used. Where are the rest in the first section?

Support has not responded after eighteen hours. Pathetic.

 

The numbers shown on the left hand side do not reflect the cards that were placed on the playfield, they are the cards drawn.
Are you not able to upload the photo here on the forum so we can check it?

OK. But surely you can see that, even if there were three cards drawn but not used (there are only three spaces for 'un-used' cards) then there are more 3s on the cards, than what is shown on the far left representation. And as a '0' represents an un-used space, do you Really think I am going to quit/end the game with room for those possible un-used strawberries?

I did not send in a support ticket, rather I opened the 'chat' icon on the right hand side, and fed in my details. Then I was able to upload a photo, so it progressed from there. But that has now concluded without a satisfactory result.

 

I'm sorry you didn't get the result you were hoping for As you have received official communication from Support and there is nothing else we can do here in the forum, this thread will be closed.
