It's not really being greedy. 180 cc difference does not make me rich. It was a bit of a sweet harsh joke. We have groups of friends at school consisting of boys and girls. Sometimes we joke with our friends who have girlfriends. We Turks call it "to deal with" but I don't know the English equivalent. I certainly had no bad intentions. But I'm sorry if I was hurtful when trying to make a joke. You are the farmer friends that I follow with interest. I respect you and your girlfriend and your relationship. It's difficult to warm to a newbie farmer who makes an agreement, breaks the deal, calls it a 'joke' and says 'deal with it'.
That's not the friendly spirit of the game we've come to expect and enjoy in this community.
Banter is fine but this is pretty unpleasant and brings a bad vibe.

 

All I can say is you will pay dearly and may not recognize it. I'm okay because I know you must learn the game and will learn it.
I will give you a real example that may assist you. I hinted to the farmer but you did not know.

Maybe 2 years ago a farmer sold me cucumbers. I wanted the farm to get to 1 million cucumbers. But I would pay so much at the time. I knew i would have to hold them and have. I liked how the farmer sold exactly at the rat I would pay. Maybe I wanted 60,000 more cucumber. I named my favorite otter after the farmer: Nala-the-Otta. I think of the farmer nearly each day. I think I neeed about 1,000 more otters and the otter then appears on page 1 of the broke farm animals in terms of quantity.

But there is more. I send the farmer gifts of buffs I know the farmer will use. I cannot count the CAC I have sent and do not even care. All that farmer has to say is: I need _______ .

Watching your tulips still on the market. See the competition? My price was not much lower BUT it was a guaranteed sale for all you have. Any idea what the tulip is used for in the game? There is lots to know.

You are great and my other farmer friends are great too. I'm a beginner and I still have a thousand things to learn. I hope I know as much as you in the future. I'm sorry for making a mistake. I guess sometimes I'll learn by making mistakes. I don't want gifts from you or my other friends. I already have many friends who sent gifts unintentionally. I am grateful to all. While selling in the market it took me years to learn not to be greedy. Every once in a while that greed did give a few more ccs. To e it has not been worth it. Only my experience! I still must try and control my greed in the market.

Please go back to tulips and see what you may learn if you wish. And your tulips may still sell.

Many do not care for lettuce either. hahaha But the pay off is now and very easily. And I surely thank Eonn for the cheap lettuce. Why the lettuce pay off now? Because tortoise feed requires 6 lettuce. Over a million lettuce here AND someone else did the work.
