    As a relative newbie (began playing last December), I've used the Farmer's Market several times to buy items to fill orders. Some of my recent orders need parrot feathers and there's nary a quill in sight. Other order items are rather plentiful, albeit highly priced. I'm wondering why no one sells parrot feathers.

    I lack the elusive feather collector to build the parrot workshop :cry:but hope to find one in the tool box on the Tree (need a few more stars!).

    In the meantime, can anyone enlighten me why no one sells parrot feathers in the market? :)

    Maybe try asking for Parrot feather trees on next Gift and Trade?

    Hi, Brookeham, love those spring blossoms - so pretty! :inlove:

    I had no idea there is a Parrot feather tree! My goodness, this game never ceases to surprisexD

    Would I need to unlock something in the Temple to receive one? That was an issue the first time I did the G&T. Had no idea I needed to unlock items in the temple before I could receive them. Learn something new all the time :)

    It's been so long that I do not remember if we needed to unlock something to have access or use of Parrot tree. If someone knows this, please chime in.
    I will pledge 2 of my Parrot trees, next G&T, (you may need to remind me) to you MeadowCrossing.

    Hello MeadowCrossing, from my research the ParrotFeather Tree can be earned in 3 wonder trees from October and December 2014 and February 2015, they are "Sumatra", "Borneo" and "Corsica"- no need to worry about the Monkey Temple. I rely on the parrot feather station as these trees were released a very long time ago and are hard to get

    The parrot feather tree does not have to be unlocked.

    The parrot feather production stable does not have to be unlocked but the parrot itself does.

    Used in quests.
    Parrot feather trees cannot keep up.
    Farmer would rather use the parrot feather tree than resort to usibg the parrot feather production pen.

    There are other more detailed reasons.
