Payment options

Hope some of my fellow farmers can give a quick reply. Does anyone know if we can use a Visa Gift Card for purchases in the game. I went to purchase something and none of the payment options for gift cards are for Visa. This is not a credit card, but a prepaid gift card.

I have tried to submit a Support ticket, but none of the options seem to relate to my question. The 'Buy' area is very slow in my game and to leave that area, I have to close the game tab and reopen the game.

Appreciate any suggestions as to what I can/should do. Thanks

 

I would also like to hear about this. I have a couple of AMEX gift cards with low balances I was hoping to use but did not see how.

Types of payment methods vary depending on your Geo-location. You should be able to use it choosing Visa as the payment method. If you have any further queries, you can try contacting regular Support.

Thanks, shooger.sweet, I'll reach out to regular Support as the Support on the Payment site does not give me the option to explain what is the issue. Anytime I select an issue topic of 'payment', it takes me to the same place. My gift card options are for four store brand cards which I don't have access to. I prefer not to use my credit card. I'll investigate further and hopefully find a way to use the Visa gift card. I may have to 'fib' as to the topic as I feel I'm stuck in an infinite loop when trying to complete one of the support forms. My game also freezes so I have to close the tab/window and restart the game.
