used the grapevine thread to see this event days ago so had all my pink salamander pens and orange tortoise pens out for the last week accumulating animals for this event....flew through it like a breeze in the evening ....with the aid of discount day AND baby boom.
now how often does that happen, both of them together whilst an event is running??
did one of the programmers mess up? or did they want to give us an easy ride for once to compensate for all the rubbish events and prizes of recent?
either way...i'm a happy bunny

The joy of returning to the game + the convenience of this event I can say that it was a great start again for me. I have completed this activity. I hope I can complete the other missions without forgetting.

I also have finished this event. Unlocked my Aqua crates, and did a little fishing (I'm not that good). I also had some spare salamanders so I sold my last 100 for almost instant coin.

I'll try to sell more during the event. Look for me in Market 39.

All 3 participating farms are done with this one.

Pro Tip: let those crates you collect every day from the fishing event accumulate - wait to open them when you have amassed a fairly large amount. Better chance of getting some deluxe lures.

 

Is there anyone who forgot to buy the bait boxes from the first day, I forgot, I don't know how to keep it in my mind

 

I finished this event on this farm and my smallest farm. Medium farm did the Salamander side - and also got the Rebel Salamander from base animals! Shame it wasn't this farm but it was still a nice surprise!

 

I do that very often. Forgot to harvest the crates.

Don't forget to collect the fishing lure crates today.

 

wait until next gift and trade then send the items you wanted from your baby farms to your main farms...i do it all the time.
finished the event and got both neon stables on my main farm. managed to get the neon salamander on one farm and the neon tortoise on the other baby farm. next g&t i will send them both to my main farm as that is the one i concentrate on...use the baby farms to get "stuff" and if its any good...it gets sent to my main farm every g&t.
same with wonder stables, wonder trees and givers for cloud rows etc. that i want for my main farm....gift them over.

sometimes if an event allows it, i will do an event over the 3 farms, make sure i get the cloud row on my main farm, then send the givers for the cloud row over from the other farms to complete the cloud row.
for the price of a few gift vouchers its well worth it.

 

I do this with pens and trees, etc, but you can't send actual breeding animals.

 

You're right, you can't send breeding animals, but you can use your Rebel Salamander in building another Neon Stable Or keep him and work on salamanders again on the farm to get a Pink workshop. You're halfway there! Good luck!

 

A good point Pups, thanks! It's not something I have done much before, always use my best breeding animals for the FSQs but maybe that is something to bear in mind!
That's what I like about this game, so many angles to work on!

 

yes, this is something i do with my baby farms....build a neon or pink workshop then whizz it over in g&t to my main farm...

sorry illy1996...didnt read your post properly, thought it was talking about a salamander stable not the coloured animal..DOH!!

 

Or your baby farm can sell it to your regular farm if you are on the same market. That's why it took so many tries to get my baby farms - wanted them on the same market so I can shift things back and forth. Gotta be careful with the pricing though - sometimes another farmer sees what you're doing and snags the good deal before you can. Helps if you use the stand-alone client and have both farms open and the markets open so you can do the 'deal' in a matter of seconds.

 

This is an incredibly ingenious idea..!

 

The main reason there are so many markets, this was BPs way of trying to stop players from doing exactly this. Since each account is randomly assigned a market number, this is why dumbunny said it took so many tries. This is an example of patience and persistance.

...mmmm sort of reminds me of crop refinement.
