Glitchy links in-game

Hi there!

Since the new Valley was opened I've been having issues with the game.
--I can't log out at all, instead I have to close the browser.
--I have trouble accessing the forum link and the bonus code link in the top right corner. I have to reload the game to access either one, and as soon as I do I can't get into the other.
--I'm having some trouble (not as much) accessing the windmill to make feed and power feed. Sometimes a few extra clicks work, and sometimes I have to reload the game.

I've tested this at home on a laptop and at work on a desktop. Both computers are running Windows 10 (fully updated) and I'm using Firefox. I tried cleaning my cache and cookies to see if that helped, and it didn't seem to make a difference.

Any suggestions?

they know of the problems since the new launch...all they can suggest is refresh (f5)..their first aid pack.. or log out then back in again.
they are working on a solution.

Yes issues are known and the Game Team is still working hard on finding the solution for the issues. Let's hope that happens soon.

I haven't been to the new area, since I'm way under the star requirement. Could I still have the same issues as the others without that?

Yes, though you have not been to the Alps, the hiccups that have occurred due to the introduction of new content will impact all players. Please be assured the Team is working hard to resolve these issues to improve game play.

At this time, the best solution while waiting for the fix is to refresh. You will need to do this often.

After the maintenance, the game started to have problems, sometimes eror texts appear on my screen and the forum button does not work, I can't see the result unless I do the tasks, I have to constantly refresh the page, and this is very boring, I wonder how long it will continue like this, I wonder how long it will continue.
