FAQ- Alice the Slope Queen

Just throwing the numbers together.

Breeding event requirements, Mammals (Bear, Beaver, Goat, Rabbit, Hamster etc etc), Reptiles (Chameleon, Tortoise, Anaconda), and Arthropods (Bee, Butterfly, Scorpion).

There are 3 Slopes (levels) to get through requiring drop donations from the above animal breedings. You only need to complete the first 2 levels to get the CR.
As you progress through the squares you will obtain the shovels and the scissors you need to access the next level and the vending machines. As normal the corresponding coloured shovel to vending machine are on opposite ends of the game board.
There are 3 vending machines that hand out Ski Passes on each of the first 2 levels, giving 14 ski passes out each time (reset time not provided). Ski Passes are required to complete Slope 3

Slope 1
64 Ski Gloves (from Mammal Breeding)
63 Ski Poles (from Reptile Breeding)
65 Ski Goggles (from Arthropod Breeding)

Slope 2
63 Ski Gloves (from Mammal Breeding)
65 Ski Poles (from Reptile Breeding)
55 Ski Goggles (from Arthropod Breeding)

Slope 3
6 Ski Gloves (from Mammal Breeding)
6 Ski Poles (from Reptile Breeding)
13 Ski Goggles (from Arthropod Breeding)
400 Ski Passes

Power Feed requirements (based on 2 per breeding for peeps like myself who are impatient and can't wait to see if we get a half price day). Edit - 105 PF is awarded during the levels.

Slope 1 & 2 (to get CR): 375 Breedings = 750 PF
Total for all 3 slopes: 400 Breedings = 800 PF
Mammals- 133
Reptiles - 134
Arthropods - 133

Thanks CT for crunching those numbers! Wowsa! That's a lot of PF. I have my Loveshack full of assorted critters, many of which fall into the three required categories (phew!) but I will be patient as I don't think I will have that amount of PF to finish all three slopes - though I just did a quick tally and we do get 105 PF in prizes soooo ... who can say!

I'm in on the usual 3 farms. Plus on one of my baby farms, I had a smart and loaded up the love shack last discount day. So that farm will do whatever it can with whatever falls out from that once the event starts tomorrow.

The big thing to remember is to go back to those vending machines and harvest the passes as we are going to need a boatload of them to complete the 3 level.

Edited to add: Forgot to remind us all...for as long as this event runs and we have 'free reign' over planting on our fields, remember to have what I like to call "theme days" where you plant all fields in one type of crop and use the extra buffs - you can really amass some good numbers between cloud rows, crafted buffs and other things - flowers, especially (don't forget about the tropical garland - +1 on tropical flowers for 6 hours and takes a gold slot).

I'm breeding hastily again to collect enough ski passes.
The need is 400 pieces, and there is no information on collection intervals.

 

Then I think I should revise my strategy.

 

Cloud row collected for the first time.

The ski pass collection interval is 8 hours, so you have plenty of time without rushing.

6*14= 84/time 400/84= 5 times of collection

 

I did too ... I will just have enough PF (after collecting the last lot in Slope 3!) to finish but I will have all the Vending Machines open as long as they remember to pay out the Ski Passes!

Remember to open your CRATES! I save my 'breeding themed' crates for events like this and open them to gather all the power feed, deluxe pheromones and regular pheromones prior to starting the event.

 

Am I missing something?

What are the scissors for in Slope 2?
Unlike Slope 1 I don't see a barrier that is released if the scissors are collected?

 

I don't see it either @istanboy - but I did collect them because that square gives 24 powerfeed (which I really need!)

Made a big mistake at the beginning and wasted 100 powerfeed on the wrong category of animal!!!
Sometimes you just shouldn't farm before coffee!!

 

Forgetful farmers like me don't forget to harvest vending machines.
It can't be, I didn't use my season money

Thank you, ç.çiftçi, I have managed to accumulate 18 coins from events and I would have forgotten them altogether!

 

Oh lordy! You farmed BEFORE COFFEE!!!!! Never ever do that again. Learn from my fail.

My DH and I get this coffee at The Great Satan Lite - it's stronger than I like (but not as strong as US Navy "boat" coffee), and if I add enough creamer, it's a pretty fine wake-me-up. Anyway, as with all things at The Great Satan Lite, don't start liking it, because you'll never see it again. So we are on the last of the bag and I don't expect to find any next visit to the big box club store on the other side of town.

Okay, back to the thread topic: All participating farms have done the 1st two floors and are working on the third space. So CRs are up and running and it's all gravy from here. This has been a nice event to boost star numbers on the baby farms (no, they are not going to open up Edelweiss Valley).

 

Is this coming ? Vending Machines need at least 40 hours, now 68 hours left...

Sad if they start that 1 PF/Breeding about 38 hours left...

I want that Giver bonus S -prize so need to start breeding now in saturday evening Hope there is now 1PF-day coming if it is too late for ME!

 

So far the rumours/news is that we will not have 1PF breeding event.

Sad that no 1PF-breedings and just now the last times so that there is a little "sleeping-gap" and no-more-wakenings to V-machines between 02 and 08 local time.
