not to log in the game

off enough, I gave this game my years, this is the only game I play, but since yesterday
I can't enter the game anymore please solve this problem,
we cannot enter the game not only from Turkiye but also from Africa.

What is the exact issue here? Getting stuck on certain percentage? Some other error message or Standalone Client just closing when trying to login?

The issue is not on Farmerama's side but rather with your Internet Service Provider. You can try the following suggestions to see if that helps:

• try other games and see if there are issues there
• see if they know what their internet speed should be and run a speedtest. A slow internet connection will cause the game to not load properly.
• Click on the Windows icon in bottom left, type CMD and hit enter - then copy/paste the following: ipconfig /flushdns

What does flush DNS do?

Flushing DNS will clear any IP addresses or other DNS records from your cache. This can help resolve security, internet connectivity, and other issues.

For example, when I type in a web address in my browser’s address bar for the first time, the browser has to ask DNS servers where to find the site. Once it has that information, the browser can store it in its local cache. Then, the next time I type in that website address, the browser will look for its DNS information in the local cache first and be able to find the site more quickly.

The problem is that sometimes dangerous IP addresses or corrupted results can be cached and need to be removed. The DNS cache can also impact your ability to connect to the internet or cause other issues. Whatever the reason, all major operating systems allow you to force the process of clearing this cache — or “flushing DNS.”

Hello Wild Cat,

I really am having hard time to understand as you say a whole countries isp having the same problem and thats why we are stucking at 100 percent when planting anything but other than that we can reach other parts of the game like cloud, park, light house and etc. Sorry but it doesnt seem logic to me to say its your isp when there are many different isp here.

 

unfo, does not work. I tried it on MAC OS. and ı am using browse not standalone. and ı do not think it is about ISP because everyone use different ISP but no one can login the game

All information about the issue has been forwarded to Game Team. Unfortunately at the moment all we know that there is no issue in the game side. And if there is no issue in Farmerama's side there is nothing FA Game Team can do to fix the issue. We all must wait for the provider side to fix the issue unfortunately.
