Loading problems

I haven't been able to log in to the game for a coupl eof hours (Bad Gateway 503) but now it is loading, but I keep losing progress.

I harvest then go to the mill, but have to refresh, after which progress is lost.

It's times like this that I realise what an addiction this game is

 

The game finally came alive at 4:00PM here in California 8/11/23.

 

Plants and trees do not appear ready to be harvested - they look like they have just been planted, and my trees are bare!

Trees on the main field look ready to harvest, but they are not.

Plants on the green meadow look newly planted but they are ready to harvest.

 

The issue is still ongoing? The cache clearing didn't work? Did you also clear caches and cookies from your browser if you use that version of the game? Does reloading the game again do anything for the issue?

I have cleared caches.

I reload when there is an issue, but when I move to another area (Bahamarama for example) the issues continue.

 

Let's try cache clearing again. The word is that should work. Could you please clear browser cache and cookies once again, please?
