This is why I'm not playing even one mini-game on the road!

At least this motel we're in has fairly decent free internet so I've been able to farm. Put in flowers with all the time shortening buffs I can muster and am hoping for the best. Off to go OOh and AAh!

 

You need a total of 17490 crops to do the whole right hand side. 7110 if you're only doing going for the cloud row + givers
If you play all 60 games to fill the left hand side at under 60 seconds each you get 608 bags of seed from the task list reward + 60x5 = 300 from playing the games in under 60 seconds (not hard since you can do unlimited restarts if you're not solving the puzzle in time)
Total 908 bags of seed.

To get enough crops you need 17490/906 = 19.3 crops per seed to finish the right hand side, 7110/906 = 7.8 crops per seed to get just the cloud row and givers.

The +event crop and +crop bonuses on the left hand side give you +8 crops per seed. A normal 1x1 square gives 2 crops, CAC gives 2 crops, which means you have a base of 12 crops per seed without spending anything at all on bonuses or even supergrow since in 1x1 squares you can grow everything in the time the bonuses are active. Getting the cloud row and some other goodies is free.

To get from 12 crops to 19 or 20 obviously takes some bonuses. Probably the cheapest is switching from 1x1 to 2x2 fields for +3 and adding a +100% crops boost which with 2x2 plots is another +5 for a total of 20 crops per seed. That will cost you the 100% crops bonus and around 800 supergrow since with 2x2 plots you can't grow everything in time (800 rather than 900 because the first 9 levels give you 105 seeds which you can grow in 2x2 plots overnight before activating the in-game bonuses).

Overall, really not a high cost for the prizes offered.

 

Thinking, if THIS is WRONG, in the FAQ:

You will get these drops when harvesting your crops, trees, stables and workshops
on the 3 main and 3 tropical lands only!

Is that FAQ "totally" full of mistakes?

 

Are you sure you aren't getting them from Baha? I definitely am, and I'm using Lablab too. I just got 89 from the Plantation. Maybe your graphics are just playing up, mine do sometimes.

I tried the Reset and it changes the tiles but the clock doesn't change so better to exit mini-game and go back in!

My baha-trees give some rings.

 

The limited amount of space offered by that pop up list in the lower right side of the screen explain why we don't see all the goodies we're getting from harvesting a field. But we still get the other drops, we just need to verify in the expended tab that's in the middle of the bottom of the screen.

 

Recap so far: I got 849 Golden Scarabs only need 944 of them by tomorrow morning. But i only got 1685 Signet Rings but it is well short of 3481 Signet Rings Needed

I have real concerns for huge shortfall of Signet Rings Drops from All Fields except MM Fields

Therefore i might have to settle for CR plus some givers

I am guessing everyone is having this issue, If this is the case then it is very unlikely we can but these Event Crops from the Markets on last day of this event because many farmers will struggle to sell surplus event plants on the last day of this event

I just going to settle for CR and some givers and stop

 

I did enough games to get the cloud row and stopped on the right hand side at task 50 for the last cloud row giver. Now just growing the surplus crops to sell on the market.

 

I currently stopped at Game 9, I have Milled 40 Jeweled Ankh, There 65 Hours left of this event. I wont be able to reap enough Golden Scarabs and Signet Rings, with normal farming Crops in all Fields

I am going to change my Strategy for instant harvest of Refine Crops Iris using 44x Comfort Fields in Main Field plus use SG Buffs and SG Cloud Rows as I have plenty of Green Energy in my Barn which i can easy restock using Super Trees in the Magical Glade

As per 44 Comfort Fields even using Howie Donuts can only reap 44 Golden Scarabs and 44 Signet Rings using 44 Super Grow + 44 Water to get enough Golden Scarabs and Signet Rings to Mill another 20 Jeweled Ankh

Then Grow Water Berry Seeds, Valley Rose Seeds and Prinkly Fungus Seeds needed to get to Task 50, I think i will have surplus seedings to sell in the market They are selling for such crazy prices you need Hundreds of Millions CC in your barn to buy any that you are short on

For Example in my Market 15 ......1 Prickly Fungus is selling for just over 1 Million CC huge amounts of CC to be made here this helps you stock up your barn without Growing Anything not bother going beyond Task 50

 

Prices of event plants are getting down, there is a lot of offers all the time, earlier the offers vanished in a moment. Valley Rose has higher price than Prickly Fungus. I made a lot of CC selling extra plants, perhaps I continue growing them among longer crops.

 

After initially deciding not to do the event because my eyes usually get very tired, I decided to mill as many ankhs as I could with all the initial drops earned. I was pleasantly surprised how easy on the eyes this event is. There is no timer which cuts us off, so no stress, and no matter how long it takes, we get at least one seed packet. I'm going as far as I can in the time remaining. Didn't clear any of my fields, and rings are harder to come by than scarabs, but I'm enjoying doing as much as I can.

Agree with all the positive comments about the graphics and the handy reset button. Quite the clever design in all aspects.

 

We arrived home late Sunday afternoon. I started playing the mini games and sowing the event seeds Monday morning. All 3 farms have the CR up and running. Just playing the last of the mini games and planting the remaining seeds now. Whatever I get is whatever I get. This has really been easier than previous iterations of this event.

 

just wondering how that player got so many prickly fungus....over 48,000!

This player says he grew 330,000 event plants ( Prickly Fungus - Visit Kitty) and used 5000 party tickets and 10 Jack O' Gifts to do so.
I think it is possible with these resources.

I have made just over 3 Billion CC from this event in all my years of playing Farmerama

I saw great potential so i took advantage of it I still have some surplus seedings to sell to the market but prices start to fall

I have stopped at Task 50, I am not fretting not getting the remaining rewards because i can reap that by my Jumbo and Super Trees plus i have all those Cloud Rows too

I am going to use my Season Tokens add those +1 stalls to my stables boosters as my whole farm is full of critters as Season is near ending

I used about 760 Super Grow as I used Comfort Fields planting Valley Roses, Prickly Fungus and Water Berry The Great thing about Comfort Fields is the use of 200% and 100% Harvest Boosters

I did not use my Jack O Gifts they are only effective on 1 x 1 Fields
