Breeding event that will be hard to acheive for new players!

Left Side: Arthropodes (prize 1 Stick Insect Biome + 1 orange upgrade)

120 Arhropode badges
1 000 000 barn values of arthropodes and breeding arthropodes

Middle Side: Birds (prizes 1 Roadrunner Nest + 1Bearded Reeding Nest)

132 Bird badges
750 000 barn value of birds and coloured birds

Right Side: Full Moon (prizes 1 Windigo Cave + 1 yellow upgrade)

20 Full Moon badges (players need at least 80 zombie sheeps in inventory to do this - rewarded when reaching level 5 in both the arthropode and bird breeding whells)
35 Arthropode badges
40 Bird badges
140 000 barn value of everything full moon( crops/animals/products/tree fruits)
150 000 barn value of amphibians and breeding amphibians
205 000 barn value of reptiles and breeding reptiles

To complete the entire event:

155 Arthropode badges
172 Bird badges
20 Full Moon badges
1 000 000 barn value of arthropodes & breeding arthropodes
750 000 barn value of birds & breeding birds
140 000 barn value everything full moon

There are a total of 44 Zombie Sheep given as rewards for the Bird side and 40 on Anthropod side.

I have variations of Zombie Sheep that have been bred, so I am hoping those will count too.

I'm more worried about having enough Power Feed to breed! We will see

I am in for this one - each breeding event chips away at those oh so tough breeding FSQs with the added plus of a new pen! Looks so sweet too. Must remember to mill some feed for the pretty birdie.
I do have enough PF but I will wait in hope that we have a Happy Discount Day - till the last day if necessary!

I have just completed the Wild about Animals event! I am not the type to wait as I keep a well stocked barn,
and have plenty of PF I just the new Bearded Reedling pen! OMG it is soooo cute! Reminder: don't forget to make some food for it as it will be hungry when it gets to your farm! It lives on Mainland! and Curtain Up-grades on your Candy Cottages!

 

I'm also done with the event, such a shame we cannot place the Windigo stall in MM....

For those who are still waiting to do the breeding: there's a small chance of getting a second badge of different colour (arthropode/bird). Take that into accound!

 

Wow! That was quick! I'm up to the 5th stage on each step and holding off for another Baby Boom day with signle feed (otherwise I have no chance to finish!). I will concentrate on the birds to get the bearded reedling

 

all done on all 3 participating farms. Baby farms are sitting this one out as they don't have zombie sheep.

 

As istanboy pointed out doing the bird and arthropode wheel give the necessary zombie sheeps to at least do the 20 breedings. Also now it was confirmed that donation on the MM wheel is all MM stuff!

 

I also got 2 badges from some of my zombie sheep breedings. Two farms are done. Third has gotten about halfway and ran out of BB time. Fourth farm (this one) needs to find more PF as well as needing BB. (Maybe half price breedings? Fingers crossed.)

Northy, thanks for the reminder about the zombie sheeps. I kinda forgot about those.

And with a discount day, I think the baby farms might be able to pull this off! Or at least get through most of it.

No show this Saturday, so it's a quiet weekend. Which is very good. So much other stuff on our plates.

PS: Don't forget to refill your breeding hut(s) with animals before the end of Discount Day on Monday! (this is as much a reminder for myself as it is for all my Farmerama Friends.)

 

BB, Farm coin-a-palooza, 1/2 price breeding! Plus I ran through the quests and pulled a bunch of PF! Should complete this farm and the one other without problems.

 

So happy there is "Happy Discount Day" from Sunday to Monday! I held off hoping for that!

Just in case anybody doesn't know - Pink Jelly cuts breeding time by 50%. It takes a gold slot. Between the Pink Jelly and pheromones, if I remember correctly, breeding time is only around 5 minutes!

 

If your breeding time is around 5m that means that you have a tonne of breeding boosting cloudrows! Myself I go down to 7m30s and I'm fine with that!

 

My breeding huts also used to take about 5 minutes, Pink Jelly, 4 pheros and all rows applied. But today they only took 3.45 minutes with everything. Anyone know if we recently got a "Breeding time reduction" row?

 

Baby farm just made it, thanks to all selling players in market 34 for making this possible!

 

My breeding time is 9min with 4 pheromones and one red jelly; think some of my CR give a boost, but didn't check.

Much to my surprise, I will complete this event despite using most of my PF for MM critters during that long month.
Did some quests and got some more PF from crates. The step reward which included PF was icing on the cake!

I did get a Rock Star Scorpion from regular scorpions but need a 2nd one to build the workshop so it will likely sit for a long time being the only one

Though I am finished with the event, I am still taking advantage of Happy Discount and trying hard to make a Neon Zombie sheep stable. The skips are not happening and so it has been a very slow process. Not sure it will happen this time around, but eventually the small increments gained will yield the final goal. At least that is what I tell myself.
