Board Game Night

I've not cashed in any coins (48 trivia/20 star). I have way more crops than drops and wonder if it's better to continue to focus on trivia questions or gather the other rewards. Have not focused on strategy due to family visiting and recent holiday. Moving forward I'm thinking I have no chance for the CR and all needed givers due to lack of drops, so it might be better to collect prizes rather than answer questions. Wonder stables/trees usually don't give me needed critters/trees as they turn into something I already have. I just reviewed the FAQ and have a better understanding of rewards for regular spots, and think it may be better to gather those than trivia rewards, but will wait til others share as there's usually something I don't 'see' in these types of games. Welcome thoughts from others. Thanks.

 

I would say that I prefer to get all the red circled prizes, unless it's a bonus that I have in high numbers (like the 200% EP/TEP bonus). After that you can pick and chose what you want. The trivia point shop doesn't offer much, so you could concentrate on picking up the smaller prizes. At some point you'd be better picking up the wonder stables & trees: once you have picked a prize, their tiles just become meh.

 

I'm not sure what I'm doing differently than others, but I am not having trouble with drops at all. I have had one +1 crop bonus from the wheel and used my Season tokens to get +2 crops. Have played 24 games so far and redeemed the trivia points for the Piccolo wonder box.

On track for the cloud row and givers.

Not having problems with drops for this game. Getting good return from roses and trees. Already have plenty of sunflowers, so mix to play the game has been OK for me. Like the choice of prizes in game and awards.

City Board Segment 2 Tile 18 (Farm coins) has hidden reward.

 

So, um, what's a good number of games to aim for?
Because I got really lucky and got 2 lots of 100% crop bonus on the wheel, and I had lots of 100% bonus to plants saved up so I used one of those too. And I have instant Amaranth so no problem with drops.

Same here. I have not experienced a drop rate this low in many years. And it is so random. For the exact same number of plots with the exact same long growing plant, I received 45 drops once, then the next time it was 78 drops for exact same number of plots and plants, no buffs. Why such a disparity?

This event is dragging for me and no longer fun.

 

For Main Rewards (Cloud Row and Giver Items): 76 SC = 38 - 1 = 37 x Pizza Decks.

For Trivia Rewards : 416 Trivia Points = 104 Trivia questions answered correctly. So, minimum of 78 x Pizza Decks.

Or as many as possible until the event ends.

If you get Cloud Row, I can send you the missing giver items during Gift and Trade.

Lunar Board - Segment 1 (left): Under the manure field is 1 party ticket.
Tropical board - Segment 1 (left): Additional power feed is hidden under the 1st field.
Pizza Parlor Board - Segment 1 (left): Field 8 - in addition to the SSG there are wonder trees.
City board - Segment 1 (left): Field 12 - There are 3 BB under the star field.

 

The tropical board 2 with the flashing ufo is uncomfortable. Not exactly pain in my eyes, but enough of something I am skipping that board and will focus on other characters.

In the full moon board, segment 2, tile 20 (25 super grow) there is an extra reward of a party ticket.

I have the same issue as you, it is uncomfortable so I try to avert my eyes away as much as possible. There is another similar one but not as bad (I can't remember which one). I think they should do away with any strobing of lights.

 

How can i make more fizzy drinks? without buying

drops rate is mean
i need to mill 15 more tickets to get cr and givers...crops will be finished today..but drops...im still 700 short

even with long crops, water, muck and super green goo... the drop rate is pants.
im growing wild roses with alchemist flower speed-ups and cr flower growth speed enhancement which gets them to under 5hrs growing time.
without using a ton of supergrow this looks an impossible task.

Same here! It almost set off a migraine.

 

If your aim, like mine, is to answer as many questions as possible (and get as many trivia points) then the Lunar Boards are the way to go. Most times I get two on each board, but sometimes only one on the first board. I think, from memory, I have gotten two on the second board every time. Has anyone gotten (is that a word?) two on any other single board?

@WisdomTree Thank you so much, that is very kind of you. Atm, I have 36 SC and can get the CR and some givers. Waiting to collect til closer to the end and hopefully get most of the givers. I'm in the same boat as others re drops.
Doing what I can while family is here - first time in a year we've been together. One leaves Tuesday and the other Friday so making the most of the time remaining.
Alas, time zones prevent us from having a full family Jitsi meetup each week.
