348 breedings to get the necessary Tumblers. Of that, we need:
170 Mammal Badges
17 Amphibian Badges
17 Fish Badges
75 Bird Badges
25 Reptile Badges
25 Arthropod Badges
Total of required breeding is 329, so 19 breedings can be of any kind.
Tumblers can be gifted by neighbours and reducing the required breeding to the 329 require breedings listed just above.

Of course, this is if you already have all the breeding animals in inventory. If not...

There's 10 fridges / ice boxes laying around that will offer different gifts and they all have a 5h cooldown time. To get the necessary 12 limonades, 12 fizzy drinks and 7 orange juices to use on Floor 3, that means 55h of harvests at least (initial harvest + 11 x 5h cooldown time) for the limonade and fizzy drinks. they're used to get one specific prize on a tile on Floor 3.

I haven't got much PF but will probably buy some to do this event. I have all the necessary breeding animals and hopefully we will need less than 348 tumblers as they can be gifted. But I will only breed if there is a Happy Discount Day during the event.

I've updated the new numbers and also created a toned down version of the event numbers for those who just want to get the 2 cloud rows and the 3 givers without activating any of the ice box that gives out PF, XL Tool box, SSG, etc. It can be found in the Edit I posted.

At least we have a baby boom for a few hours today...

 

All that's left in the event is to go open boxes every 5 hours to get the cloud rows open and get to open more boxes.

 

Me, too! (well, on this farm. Haven't started the other two).

DO THIS EVENT! Piccolo boxes! Tons of Season Points! Lots of green goo and propellers (which this farm appreciates as it is running low).

Now I just have to remember to come back every 5 hours and harvest the fridges.

Post-it note for me - nearly forgot yesterday, the first day I had Fridges to open!

I did all my breeding yesterday (and some!) - I have over 1,000 Tumblers left if I have calculated the milled products correctly, not always a given!

Didn't have much luck with skips (despite using all my PF and buying three large packs!) but did move the last four breeding FSQs a bit further along. Maybe next time I will finish one.
It was fun though, have to admit, love breeding events!

This morning I collected the cloud rows using the drinks. (the only way)
That's why I was in a hurry to do the others things on the first day.
I should still remember to continue collecting the other prizes until the end of the event, especially since some became collectable only with the cloud rows. (PF and Party Tickets)

 

Yes, that is corrrect. You'll need the 12 Fizzy drinks and 12 Limonades to access the tiles where both cloud rows are.
