Here I go again, hopefully the sums are easy enough for me not to mess up! :p

It's the usual domino style game, to get the CR and CR items, we need to lay 245 tiles, to get the extra EP item (not required for the CR) and the Piccolo Box, we need to lay 275 tiles. We are given 7 tiles to begin with so here are the requirements:

Parasol Flower - plantable on Baha Planation and Rainforest only
Coconut Cocktail - drops from Crops and Trees on Baha Planation and Rainforest only

Mill Item: Pile of Towels needing 65 Parasol Flowers and 5 Coconut Cocktails so:

To get CR and CR items:

    238 x 65 = 15,470 Parasol Flowers (15,275 in reality as we got 10 freebies)
    238 x 5 = 1,190 Coconut Cocktails (amended 1,175)

    To complete the event:

    268 x 65 = 17,420 Parasol Flowers (17,225 in reality as we got 10 freebies)
    268 x 5 = 1,340 Coconut Cocktails (amended 1,325)

There is another drop item which will also come from Crops and Trees on Baha Planation and Rainforest only: Sunscreen which can be used to switch tiles if required.

I think that's about it. I'm in cos it is on Baha and it makes a change not to have to rip up the main fields! :music:
    Good luck all! :inlove:

Thank, Illy for doing all the hard work! I will send drops to those indicating they are doing the event.

I have no plots on Baha, just trees and critters as I continue to plod through quests. Have opened all statues in the Temple except the breeding ones, so may just continue with that. Almost finished the Season and RL continues to be my main focus (as it should! :D )

Good luck everyone - please do not send me drops!

    Thanks, illy1996, for the calculations.
Although i'm not a fan of this kind of event (it tires my eyes down) and a hard work, i'm in. Until the "bitter" end xD

Thank you illy for posting numbers.

The event will reward 2 givers of each, so 6 givers in total after placing the 275 tiles. This event is Season Reward Points galore: 1200 from the event and 1270 from the star coin shop!

I'm in only because the cloud row offers a +1 belted galloway and I cannot let pass that!

    Good luck everyone! :D

Thanks illy for starting the thread and crunching numbers! I am not a fan of this domino type event so I will not be doing it!
Good luck to all who are and I hope you all reach your goals! To any of my friends and neighbors Please do not send event gift, send them to those who are doing the event! Thanks and good luck!

I'm "sorta" going to do this event. Actually, NOT this farm, or PM23's. Just sewinglady's farm will participate because only that farm can use the CR. This farm and PM23's don't have any of those newer animal stables out. Plus no time to play the mini-games on 3 farms. One's enough.

Anyway, thanks for making me laugh, Illy (your post on the other thread) and for crunching the numbers and starting this thread.

    Things to remember to do:
#1 - if you can, save the current layout of your tropical fields before you tear them up for this (mine are full of trees around the edges).
#2 - Move your Howies to the two tropical fields for added drop rate.
#3 - If you still have any of those + crocodile 2x2 givers - now might be a good time to plunk one down as it will help with drop rate.
#4 - Until they announce the next event (probably tomorrow) put in lilacs and/or cranberries on your main farm - even if you don't
need to make the goliath beetle food, you can make a mint selling it at the market.

I kind of knew you would play ... even just a bit, Dumbunny! ;)
Like me, it's hard to resist the lure (no pun intended) of events - even when we're not doing them, we invariably do! :p

Worse than that, this year, I'm actively thinking ahead to the "fall hoe-down" - farmerbroke would be so proud.

I'm truly a farmerama addict. Farming when I should be sewing - even setting alarms to sound so that I hear them in the basement (over the music, so you know they are LOUD - old ears + rock-n-roll) so I come up and harvest the event crops. Ugh.

    So yeah, you called it.

PS - if you're wondering what the dumbunny listens to as she makes the crazy aprons and bags every week - it varies. But, yesterday I was in a mood, one might even call it a 'funk', so I picked George Thorogood. Can't stay upset when he's playing. And my favorite song of his? "Get a haircut" - reminds me of the year after my husband retired from the Navy - when he didn't cut his hair - and it went from regulation length to shoulder length in about 10 months. Lucky, um, "duck", yeah, that's the word.

I don't think you're alone. I think I am better but still can't stop myself checking if anything needs harvesting! I do try and not let it interfere (too much) with RL but, being retired, I can manage to keep things in perspective ... well sort of! xD
Back to topic - both fields planted with longest crop! :music:

A great surprise: not 7 but 10 beach towels to start with! That won't make numbers plummet, but still a nice surprise! :D

    Yay! Bonus! :D

Might help me as I made the usual mistake (for me) - got so excited the event had started, forgot to activate Fruit Cake, White Innocence and CR for faster growing with SG!

But you started with 3 tiles right? So 3 inital towels + 7 in bank = 10 beach towel tiles. At least that's what I had this morning.

A little off topic but does anyone have a list of extra animals you get from cloud rows or where I can find without going thru past events? Don't need to know the cloud row just the animal. So many I have lost track and want to make sure I have animals out to take advantage of them. Thank you all for help and advice over the years.

I received 7 towels and could not locate any on that first board. That starting square of an ice chest / cooler on my first board was way in a corner and did not provide much help to getting more than 1 of the star coins. :(
