time changing

There is a changing and time foor the gift and trade event
Maybe an update is a good idea

I don't know why you think I am not taking you seriously. We did not receive any official communication from BP via our normal channels of information disbursement, so I have to check to see what time is correct. We do our best to provide both timely and accurate information. The last communication regarding event times that came yesterday indicated Gift and Trade ends at 11:00.

However, I have confirmed there was a change that I did not know about and have adjusted the event announcement accordingly.

I apologize that you felt that I didn't hear what you were saying. Perhaps I could have worded my answer better

I did look into the matter immediately and confirmed there had been a change, but it was not distributed through our normal official means of communication so I was not aware of it, and I cannot change it without official direction from BP. It is why I posted the time would be changed if we received a revised end time.

Just as you are trying to build and maintain your fansite with correct information, we are as well here in the forum.

I know you are new to this forum, and hopefully in time you will see that our EN team does care about its players and we do try our best to provide correct and timely information.
