Thanks for the tip - how does this work? I just bought it, but still don't understand the concept of how it gives instant crops

 

It do not give instant crops, it just helps with other boosts. There is refined plants (in green house), items for gold slots, super-grow and many other things, which speed plants and all (or actually some) of them together speed plant to grow instantly.

It doesn't in it self, it adds to your other bonuses and the refinments you may have to lower time growth of crops.
