Game hanging and unable to access areas

I am having problems with the game freezing (spinning flower stuck, and hanging on other actions). I am also having problems accessing fields and areas, I can click on them but often they won't open.
Refreshing the game only remedies things for a short time. I have cleaned my cache, but no improvement.
Could you advise please?

I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps. You can also try a different browser or the Standalone client. Please make sure your browser is up to date.

Sorry to say I'm still having the problems, predominately that areas aren't opening when I click on them, though it is still hanging on actions such as opening a crate in Consumable items or planting a crop. F5 clears the problems, but I am having to do it every 5-10 minutes which is frustrating.

I can confirm I am using the standalone client on Win 11, would reinstalling possibly help?

Yes, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Standalone client to see if that helps. You can also try a browser to log in, but please make sure the game is the only window open to improve loading times.
