Norse saga

I have played 28/32 and will be able to finish, barring disaster(s).

I saved all my Star Coins till the end (700+) and have just spent most of them - it takes forever so anyone who has done the same, don't leave it till the end, you could run out of time!

 

I wasn't able to finish but did 28 games. I wish they would have made it possible to exchange stars/crops with + amount rather than three clicks for each item exchanged. In the same manner we mill feed or purchase crops.

 

Wow, I was able to get the Baba Yaga this morning... never tought I'd make it there!

Ingrid says it best when we get to her screen: "Constructing houses is fun, but I prefer axe-throwing".

 

All done and dusted. Just one more harvest of crops to 'spend'. It was a tortuous event but, as I was not fussed if I finished, it took all the worry about harvesting on time away.

 

I just managed to finish 32 games with the final harvest. At the beginning I went wrong by not opening the bridge first as I couldn't see it!! When I finally found it I had already wasted a lot of crops donating to the longhouse! What I've learnt from this tedious event is that it's best to grow crops and save them until I understand the mechanism of the game! I didn't open the last stage of Viking ship to get the broth, it was not worth it by the time I'd arrived. So relieved this event is over!

 

I'm also glad to have finished this "tedious" saga of an event!!! In order to do so...I had to buy basket.

 

Me too, Brookeham. Did it with two hours to spare! I didn't resort to buying a basket but I did go back to the computer during my normal "away from computer" routine. Won't be doing that again ... unless they are offering something brilliant like a BB Tree!
