How do I access Mountain TOP from, What tile number to unlock, is there toggle button the switches from Mountain Bottom to Mountain Top , I cannot find in FAQ

You will still need lots of keys to open it.

If you are in the screen from the reindeerexpress you can use the button Mountain Top as Noelle20001 stated.
It is on the right side of your screen

All I see is scroll bar on the left can scroll from Tile 1 To Tile 34 , I can only access Tile 1 to Tile 34 Bottom Mountain Part

It doesn't say in FAQ where to click to switch from Mountain Bottom to Mountain Top I cannot find Tile that needs 20 Keys to unlock mountain top please get back to me thank

 

Look right, you just click text Mountain top there, which in shown in this chain earlier. Sometimes boxes at top are invisible, usually refreshing the game helps with that problem.

The drop rate on ball ornaments is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I received 5 for harvesting all three fields - 2 on main farm, 2 on green meadow, and 1 on magical glade. How is one supposed to advance in this event? In the 4 days of the mighty roc event I was able to collect 300+ hourglasses. Let's just pretend that I don't work and I don't sleep and I'm able to harvest every 5.5 - 4.5 hours. That's 20 ornaments per day = 13 days to get 260. And I'm supposed to get 260 twice. There's got to be something wrong with this. I realize this is a hard event. And I don't expect to EXCEL at it because I work. I can't play 24/7. I can't spend hundreds of dollars on the game. Usually I can figure out a way to get more drop items and get decent progress on the events. But none of that has worked and this has been EXTREMELY frustrating and I just had to vent my frustration.
