I love these kind of events and am pleased to see a few innovations while the good parts remain the same - play options, reward options but most of all, tying the toad breeding to it, and giving us the chance for a PINK toad! I got mine and it is sooooo lovely! One of the prettiest pinks in the game!

(however once again, the short time of baby boom leaves lots of players out of the fun, which seems... ignorant at best and mean spirited at worst.)

 

I know you are probably tired of hearing this complaint from me but it seems that your ears are 'painted-on', so I have to keep writing... My complaint is you (BP Devs) are ignorant of the fact that time zones vary around the world. The 'Happy Hours' are suited to Europe and Africa and are obnoxious to Asia and Australia (and little New Zealand). It's the 5am slot that is the worst;- the other two I can cope with. And I coped with the Baby Boom being through the night. But six days of 5am's (if I can be bothered) will impact on others in the household, by me being grumpy. Hmmph.

 

Perhaps BP should call it "Happyless hour". I am sitting this one out. Event overload and timeframes that simply don't work. I am tired of not being able to finish an event. So regular farming it is.

 

I am enjoying this event and like that we can win a brand new stable. My wonder stable package did not produce an extra spider.

I like that all 3 crops are the same time to harvest. I enjoyed the toad breeding being part of the event rewards and appreciate being able to get a Pink upgrade.

I would request some minor technical changes that would enhance playing:
In the event shop, please allow us to increase the amount we can purchase (like in the supply shop) rather than a single purchase at a time. I found clicking to buy the crate 100 times very time consuming.

Secondly,
Please allow us to mill the individual toys from the play window instead of on the main event page. That way I don't have to click out of this window to mill items just to come back.There appears to me to be enough room to add the green plus sign with the toy icons.


I did enjoy the Happy Hour for plants and think it does help since the event is on Baha. However, a lot of time zones may miss most of those opportunities.

Lastly, PLEASE put Baby Boom on for the entire breeding event rather than just short sessions. Not everyone is available during those short sessions, and if you offer a Happy Discount Day during a breeding event, please combine it with Baby boom.

 

can anybody tell me how to get the multiplier of 30 ...i am having problems with that ...thanksss

 

Hi Just wanted to add, with Pups Posting about Breeding it is unfair that Hapoy Discount Day does not included Baby Boom as I just done Some Toad Breeding during Happy Discount Day as I hardly got any Good skips , Compared to Baby Boom which probably gives better Skips at the cost 2 Power Feed per Breeding

I am curious if others notice this , I hope it is not new Trend to give Happy Discount Day outside of Baby Boom

What I really like is we are able to Buy Raincoat Workshops from Event Store this is Big PLUS as it is huge help on our Barn Stocks of Tools for Example you need 100 Hand Planes to Build Raincoat Workshop

I Find CR rewards very disappointed I won't bother gaining 250 Toad Wallets For Boing ! For Cloud Row

I have saved quiet few Workshop Buffs for those who struggle to Build Raincoat Workshops, made do with Two Raincoat Workshops and wait for Happy Workshop Day

 

My days of getting up in the night to harvest fields are getting few and farther between, so I agree with the others who aren't thrilled with the timing of the "happy hours".

Other than that, this has been the best version of this type of event (the mini-game) EVER! Please keep it like this in the future. I like that every move counts. And, thanks for the trapdoor spider nest!

 

I find the mini game just ok as I can either do it regular (my way lol) or try for 28 missions! MY problem is, by playing enough mini games we will earn the CR stalk and only 2 of the needed 3 givers! This is not a good idea in my opinion! To get the 3rd giver for the CR you have to find a way to get the multiplier of 30 inside a shape! REALLY what were you thinking!? I tried 4 different ways, wasting my time and items, and I did not get the giver! IF it had not been for a farmer who posted a solution which I quickly followed I would have had a CR that was not complete! I don't think you want a lot of un-happy players! I loved the fact we get the new Trapdoor spider (great graphics) if we get enough points.

 

At first sight, I was quite excited but apprehensive especially as my first attempt was awful. But with some great tips, I am now one game away from finishing all parts.

I never thought I would achieve the points side but, with still nearly three days left, I can go back to normal farming - I did use quite a bit of SG to hurry things up in case my calculations were off (as often happens!).

I found the drops plentiful especially as both Toad Wallets and Empty Bags were included in breeding.

I thought the prizes were all good - I bought most of the things from the shop as I wanted to complete the Toad breeding FSQ (and did at the cost of my very healthy supply of PF).

The BB/HDD was a disappointment, one is not much fun without the other. I opted for doing my breeding with BB but skips were few and far between. But I did it! Mission completed!

All in all, I did enjoy this event, there were good and not so good things but it definitely was better than I anticipated so I am hoping to see it again in the future.

I am having problems too with this. I have tried having 30x inside the shape and 31x inside the shape. I have counted 30 shaded multipliers but still no luck. Aaaaah!

I am unable to read chamomile's post. Where am I going wrong?

 

When you arrive at the right number inside, it will show 30 on all the items inside, you don't need to count them. You are so close, are you joining up with the original item? Maybe do another shape and try again on the next one. Good luck!

 

At first, i thought this version was more difficult, but by doing it with " a little help from my friends" i saw i was wrong: it was the
first time i could finish all the steps.
Introducing a new animal was sooo cool too! Not to mention that juicy shop!

What I did really like is that the toys have distinct different primary colors and are easy to distinguish from one another - a big improvement from previous versions with pastel colors that were much harder to distinguish.
