There was an update and now the phrasing of the request is clearer! YAY!

The exchange coupon section is also going well, it may be empty but exhanges are usually filled fast.

 

It reset itself overnight! I didn't (couldn't) do anything so left it to its own devices! I find that some things in this event are a bit slow to update but it gets there eventually - or with a refresh!

 

Today morning, i completed the personal tasks: 15 one star, 10 two stars and 8 three stars for each animal. Got all the prizes listed, which included "when the pigs fly", that is the cuttest thing. Should it be enough to get the clouds? Farm rebuilt, let's hope!

I kept thinking about this Global thing and i guess we have this kind of event

every year. A lot of years ago, it was held during X-Mas time and the lights of the

decoration would lighten up according to the progress we made. It was great! This

year, though, i think the mechanics was a bit complicated. Hope that doesn't

discourage people to participate, because it's very doable.

 

I'm not sure if this helps, but if Clover asks you to use powerfeed and you're good re animals (as in, you have plenty of stables out anyway), you can currently use Happy Discount Day and Babyboom in order to get some breeding done instead.

 

I apologize if this has already been asked. Can someone advise what I need to do for: Complete a Request (L) or (M)

 

It means that you need to complete a Large (L) or Medium (M) request from one of the other customers.

Yes breeding does count toward "using power feed".

There was a remark in the main general/technical problems where it was said that players must reach a certain treshold to get the two cloud rows, but no figures were given... I'm guessing all the small (1 star), medium (2 stars) and large (3 stars) requests must be filled in all four characters to get them... Am I the only one who's having more toblems filling the 1 Star and 2 Star requests???!!! I was done with them on the first day of the event but I'm still struggling with Clover....

 

I fear the stars have little to do with it.
I have 15/15, 10/10 & 8/8 stars with all customers, but I'm still a fair amount of points away from the first cloudrow.
(If you click on the little giftbox, you can find your stars and if you click "global" next to the star results you can check the points required for said customers' rewards. Fuzzy is the one who offers the two cloudrows, so you'd need to check your global progress with Fuzzy.

I have never felt so much like a bull-in-a-china-shop as I blunder along through this event.

I can only say how pleased that I am to have plenty of resources available, although it is worrying how much powerfeed and suchlike are being asked for. And what is with the percentages? I had Walter at 99% and now he is back to 56%!
Go figure....​

 

The 2 cloud rows are under the community tab, we all have to work for both of them.

The % vsry alot, once it crosses 100% you get 1 prize (almost sure when you fill the 3 stars request).

I do not like the fact we need to thick to reactive the requests with coupons before harvesting after a while...

Okay, I was at the RL farmer's market until around 2:30 p.m. Then I had to have a bit of a nap - getting old sucks (just in case you weren't sure about that). So now I'm trying to get back to this event. I've lost all the progress I made because the timers ran out. So does this mean I'm done for even if I continue to contribute?

And how do we know if we got the global contributions high enough to win the cloud rows?

 

The streaks aren't that important: Fuzzy McFluff may ask you to get to a certain streak number to fill one of its requests, but it is getting rarer...

You can see what's the comunity number for each characters: select one and click on the tiny little gift icon on in upper right corner of the screen. at the bottom you can see the steps you have filled for the 1-2-3 Star(s) and the one on the far right is the total amount for all the players. The two cloud rows are acheivable through Fuzzy McFluff, but there was a comment by one of the mods in the general/technical problems section that said that for players to receive the cloud rows they must reach certain treshold without mentioning what they were. So assume that you need to fill all 1-2-3 Stars request.

 

The task is done on my part, now I'm waiting for the community rewards. Of course, I'll add more easy deliveries to the common pot.

It was confusing at first and there were surprises all the time, but in the end there were excellent surprises in the prizes, such as neon stables III.

In a masochistic way, I think I even liked the event.

You had to be careful with the deliveries, especially with the fertilizers, as after collecting you had to go to another page so that everything was visible before delivery. (The most annoying feature.)

At first I thought there was only one prize category, until I realized there were four. (Actually, there are 16 of them, of which I make 12 myself and 4 global ones are waiting to be completed)

Coffee came in handy from time to time.

 

Fuzzy McFluff asked me to attain a streak of 0 - and the green arrow was greyed out lol!

 

Well I hope we can do it. It sounds like a lot of players are confused or frustrated by this event.
(I meant to say thank you again, btw. rearranging my givers has vastly improved my Baha levelling. One of these days I might not burst into tears again when I see the next event's requirements. )

Congratulations to those who're done with their stars and best of luck to everyone who's still trying. - And good luck to all of us that we get as far as possible on the global scale.

A handful of recs:
* Try to keep up streaks whenever possible. (FAQ: "The longer the streak, the more points you receive for completing tasks.")
* Despite the arrangement with Fuzzy being on the right hand side, find out what Fuzzy (Violet, Event) needs first just in case it's a request like "fill an S/M/L request (by x)". (If you've just harvested all your crops, trees or stables finding out that you should harvest more of them can be frustrating.) Also don't be put off if it says 0/2" if Fuzzy wants string bags or something. If the play button's green, just click it. For some reason Fuzzy often seems to ignore that you actually have what you need.
If Fuzzy asks you to fill a request by a specific customer, Ally (Green, Plants), Walter (Blue, Trees), Clover (Orange, Animals). S are one star requests, M are two star requests, L are three star requests. So M by Ally requires you to fill a two star plant-based request.
(Let's keep our fingers crossed that it's not a Medium request to fill a Medium request by Fuzzy. Unfortunately you need to fill the request before you can hand it in, so it won't accept that by clicking said request you'd be filling it.)
* Try and keep a lot of trees handy. (I've had to harvest 121 for 3 stars in one go and for the next task I had to do another ~100. So consider having some short-term trees in your bunch and keeping a nice forest out.)
* Equally you may want to have about 40-50 stables per go ready for harvesting. (Keep a bunch of ~1-3 hour ones in case Clover wants you to harvest them for one star. You have three hours to fill 1 star requests.)
* Plotwise it's fine to keep a bunch of long term crops around, but have one field of ~50-100 plots somewhere if you need them quickly. Harvesting and watering/applying manure/sgg etc. can be trying if you've already covered all your fields. (At some point I put manure on wheat and carrots just to fill a "add 200 manure" request while all my other fields were already covered and still running for hours.)
* You can use PF to breed instead of using it on stables if you have enough stables out.
(While Babyboom is unfortunately over, you do tend to get string bags and/or coffee if you retrieve some of your newly bred critters.)
* Remember to always check in and fill your requests once you've finished them. You may want to reset 1 + 2 star requests while you're still working on a longer 3 star request. You may need to harvest or apply water/manure/ssg/etc. in several requests in a row/at the same time with 1+2 usually asking for far less than the 3 star ones.
* If you've finished a request or trade and the result's not showing up, refresh your game or switch to another field and check again. (Also be patient, swapped requests and trades often take a while to register, while a handed in request will continue to countdown till it switches to the next unless you speed things up with a coupon. -If there's no x/y counter next to the task and the sign next to it turned from a play button to a forward button you're done with the request at hand.-)
* Always remember to clear your cache. I'm not sure if it's just me, but it feels like I've had to do that far more often than I usually need to.
* Trade: The first coupon is what you offer, the second coupon is what you'll get.
* If you're done with your 1-3 stars, please definitely keep working on Fuzzy. All global rewards are worthwhile and I hope we can somehow manage to finish all of them, but Fuzzy's the one who'll give us the two CRs for this event.
(Please feel cordially invited to add to this or correct me if I'm wrong. I think we've long established that I mean well but still stumble along quite a bit.)
---> Also remember to read exactly what it is the request is asking. Guess who just donated 60 Pandovana Chicken while thinking "yeah sure Chicken" rather than "wait that's a bit steep".

 

With Clover you should have a lot of quick stables like chicken and hand pick just the right amount and redeem green button. Do not feed before next tasks show what you should do next, it may be feeding certain amount of stables. It may be harvest 10 stalls for one star level and redeem and look for new task, two more for two star level and redeem and look for new task and more stables for three star level.

 

I harvest a field, go to the event to donate to all the requests in the event, make sure that all are opened and then go back and harvest another field.... I'm not as crazy as to havest plots manually to squeeze out as much as I can for Clover...

Also, we're this close to reaching the first cloud row people!
