You can trade them for other things you need in the Black mARKET

 

OK and on CBS - only "file" and "map piece" to get?
Then we have to trade other things to get those?

edit: I’m thinking that if everyone else also only manages to buy the "file," then no one is actually making any progress—everyone just wants to swap the "file" for those other three items, right?

 

Not everyone has files and in the second week you get another one from the second tower

 

Played 7 games, only "file"´s from prize

edit2: so I have to trade my "files" to get other ones and play tower2,

TWO Kerosine Lamps...

edit3: offers are EVERY TIME 1-to-1 I think...
AND I have to do nothing else than WAIT some one to get my offer and then I see those other things in my game ?

 

It'S not making sense: my main farm only got 12 kerosene lamps so far, but my baby farm got 6 kerosene lamps and 6 files. Yet no-one are trading for any of these!

 

I have tons of offers but cannot click on them, even if I have the requested item? I can only trade one thing I have for the other thing I have! I have files and lamps, and can switch between them, lol, but can't trade for spoons or cups. And even the trades that will work are not green, they are simply brighter. Yesterday I had some green ones. I like this concept, the Black Market, but it's not quite working correctly!

 

Anyone know what the Orange and Red numbers mean when you make a mistake?

I am actually stuck on number 14 (gives one Steam Ticket) and I don't see where I am going wrong - I was doing it yesterday so I may have been tired and missed my mistake. If anyone solves it, it is possible to post a screen shot to help me escape this puzzle!
Not sure if the puzzle stays after completion confirmed, just hoping.

 

I agree with you, Nordais; no one is trading anything. I had a file and a spoon in my inventory, but they suddenly vanished. Furthermore, I haven’t been able to play any of the games in the second area; everything is completely nonsensical and confusing—it seems no one else knows what is supposed to be done there, either. We need a clearer and more detailed explanation of exactly what is expected of us in the second game area.

 

I’ve reached level 18 in the tower, but I can’t get past it; does anyone know what the puzzle should look like?
Could someone who has done this share it with me?

 

I believe the second Tower is available from the 29 October. I don't know when we can do anything on the third part. It's all a bit mysterious!

I think TOWER number THREE is in the MIDDLE!!!
And for Tower 3, at least in my case, it requires exactly what the FAQ table lists for level 1: 1x file, 1x rusty spoon, and 2x kerosene lamps.

Because the FAQ table says tower TWO is available on the 29th, yet in the GAME, the tower on the RIGHT says "available in 5 days" (29th is 5 days away !)?

That’s a contradiction, isn't it—between the FAQ and the GAME? is it or not ?

edit: Has anyone reading this thread actually managed to EXCHANGE any items for something else? No one has mentioned it, at least...

 

Well, I have files ONLY and I am not able to trade them for anything - it looks like no-one wants files in my end of black market - all of the checkboxes are greyed out, and when I sort by "wanted: files" - the window is empty. I think there is a totally skewed distribution of items and if the black market is split like the market in the city - the proportion of how items are distributed to players across them should be checked.

 

BP as introduced a "shape" componant for the sudokus, they are not purely square like the original sudoku. We need to take that into acounts, not just no repeat horizontally and vertically. There was an aswer in the problem section:

Are there some of us that are not assigned any of the tools at all? I have none in my inventory and haven't traded anything yet.

 

And I need files and nobody is offering them in my market. And I'm only receiving kerosene lamps, even though the minigame shows that I'm supposed to get files. Oh, and there's no spoons either.

 

I got past number 14 more by luck than judgement, am trying the same strategy with 17 with no success so far.

I don't understand the tools at all - exclude and reveal numbers, tried them and they seem to do nothing useful. I see no trades, I have 24 Kerosine Lamps and nothing else.

How am I going to get out of this predicament! Moving on now so will see if I have any light bulb moments on the way. I am 9 Coins away from the Pink Slime Mill - I can almost smell it!
Hope everyone else finds the escape route and gets all that loot!

 

Once you unlock the tool items, you need to go into the event market (Codebreaker Shop - last tab) and buy them with 28 event drops each.
