Greetings to all who make it in here today. It's not so different. I (barely computer literate as I am) managed to place my siggy back where it belongs. I wouldn't have been happy at all without it. Welcome home.


Well, I wasn't satisfied with the siggy. It was too small and you couldn't see the name and id information so I scrapped it and made an avatar instead. Apparently I'm not as computer illiterate as I previously thought.

 

Does it conform to the 468x60 pxs requirement???

I like the look of the forum, but I really miss the emoticons and the countdown timer Still, when everyone has their own signatures/banners again, I bet the whole forum will look more friendly and personal again.

 

Hi all. Well, here I am. I finally made it into the new forum. I have spent the last while trying to figure out how to make my sig match the new size regulations. I didn't want to post until I had something to personalize my posts. Needless to say,I never got it to look right so I cropped it and moved the name and turned into my new avatar. I've never had an avatar. I'm glad I have an avatar, yay. I don't miss the sig at all (not) but I'll learn to live without it. It looks great as an avatar. I know, stop babbling. I'm just glad to see someone else in here.

 

I am not even sure if all this new information can fit into my brain.
It was programmed to run on the other forum and now its a big change over.
But I'll tell you what, I like the new forum.

 

I'm finding I like what I'm seeing so far too. I love the new smileys, and the calendar feature rocks! Now, if I could just come up with a siggy idea...

To those who remember and know me, and to those who don't, I shall say this will be my first and last post on the new forum. Over 7000 posts on the old forum, many of which were indeed in the gabfest category. I have found the game has moved on too fast for me. But I always did pop around to see my friends on the forum. Now that the forum has changed, and all the threads erased, it just isn't the same and won't ever be. It has been great knowing all you guys, CJ, Ct, Hurleygirl, Nosy, Dink, Solo, Pepsi, Illy, Annie, Jazac, Claire, Trishvan, Jazzy, Laughi, Jchastain, Capone, MonkeyEm, Kaydd, Kikkin, Niknar, Marbles, Lovely, Tiny, Katz, and everyone else that my mind just can't think of, Goodbye.

Sorry to hear that you're quitting but good luck with real life!
It's a shame when you been playing a game for so long and people just
go missing or quit. I played with many nice players on this game and sadly
most are gone now. But games aren't meant to be played for your whole life....
Probably in 2015 I will quit video games for a year or six months.

 

I'm sad to see this post. I do understand but you will be missed! Maybe you'll drop by once in awhile still.... one can hope.
