I seem to be finding my way around better today. Glad to see you all again. Hoping once the kids go back to school next week that I'll be back to my normal routine.

 

Hi pepsi! It is a busy time that last week before school starts. We went back a couple of weeks ago so hubby is at work, kids in school and I am trying to find my way around here...

It has been some time I know. Between family life, my brother's illness, and my own health issues, I have been finding it hard to have time to read the forum much. Just stop by for the OA/FAQ highlights is about all.

PnP - The countdown to school has begun for me. Lol. I miss having a daily routine.

Yeah, my kids are not looking forward to school as much as I am. Even though I start a new "job" on Tuesday, regular routines make my kids behave so much better. I'll always vote for that!!

When are your kids starting school?

 

They start tomorrow! I'm a tiny bit sad as this also means they are growing up. I hate that part. But life will be easier now.

 

my parents also when they see me go to school they think how -edit- years past so quickly.
I start at 11 of September.

Hello all my forum farming friends!

A few of you have IGM'd me and I have not replied. I am sorry for that. I tend to pop in, harvest and pop back out in RL rather quickly.

Today however, I have had a little time and wanted to chat with you all but can't reply to each one so thought I'd post here.

This past week has been incredibly busy. I've been taking care of 7 kids night and day. They have all been sick with colds or flu. All at different stages. My head is spinning for trying to keep all their meds and needs straight.

My brother has slowly been recovering from his illness. He just spent a week in FL doing follow up visits with some of the specialists that have been helping treat him these last 2 years. 2 years?!?!??? Has it been that long already????? I don't remember much of these years. Just lots of dr's appts. Watching kids, etc... Anyway, thank you for asking about his recovery. I know I've never personally met any of you and yet you have taken a personal interest in my family struggles. Thank you for being there in spirit for us.

My own health has taken a small step backward the last few months. Although I'm not overly concerned about that. My dr had warned me years ago this day was coming. In fact it's taken longer than we thought it would. So I'm not complaining.

Please know that I am thankful for you all and your patience with my sometimes not so neighborly tendencies.

 

Hi pepsi - thoughts and prayers remain with you and your family as you take care of your brother and the children. It is hard but try to take care of yourself too. If you need anything for your farm, send an IGM. Thanks for the update....

 

I am sorry to hear your health has taken a downward turn ,
You have a lot on your plate (still) I commend you for all you are juggling.. please be sure to make some time for yourself... My thoughts are with you Pepsishot.
