I don't think I like this event. It seems very much like the last event which finished only a day ago but more work, and the prizes don't seem worth the effort. I'll probably do some of it.

I agree with djh99.. we just had an event that we just finished that is basically the same type of event with only a day break in between the 2 events. There were a lot of upper level players that just barely finished or didn't finish the last event. The drops seemed to be lacking and as far as the frosting drop that was few and far between almost nonexistent. Now we have the same thing with this event, needing a drop that will help us finish in time. This event is the same length as the last but seems like twice as much work as you have to finish all of the first part in order to finish all of the second part. The crop Gingerbread Briars is an 8 hour crop and you need 14500 total of them for the first part. The TeaBrew Barrel you need 65000 points which equals 650 @ 100 points which takes 16 hours to get the full 100 points. Oh and as i have stated you need to complete ALL of the first part as you only get a max of 700 TeaBrew Barrels from the first part unless you use the reset option. this is not to mention the 1900 strawberries, 1700 carrots and 1700 cranberries. events like these are challenging and are nice once a month but back to back with only a day in between are exhausting for a game that is suppose to be fun and relaxing.

I don't like that there is no power feed as a reward,it is the second event with no power feed ,it's that big deal to give as reward 20 power feed at one of the tasks ? the comic event no power feed and now again no power feed .

I do like to have the cupcake/barrel mechanism from time to time. But back to back like this, is a bit unfortunate.

I am also unhappy that both events has had no power feed rewards :(

Other than that it looks fine :) Like that the cloud row is in the final step, so that no one is left with a useless cloud row :)

Edit: Forgot to say that I like all the stars :)

One difference between this event and the last one is that we get the teaBrew barrels(like cupcakes) not from the daily bonus but when we give some goods. This is good because we can plant them whenever we get them and not when we open our daily bonus but also bad because we have to give goods for them...
Again we have a 8hour crop but not and a 4hour crop this time... I don't know if the time is enough to finish it but I will find out it later...
I wish this event had more differences from the last one so it it more interesting for us, like an 5hour crop or more interesting rewards...

I don't like that we can't place the TeaBrew barrels in our park and in that way we have less fields for the event crop.:(

I am very worried about the drop rate with the event crops. I just harvested a field of them and didn't get one drop. I know the drops are random but there is usually a higher rate with longer growing crops - I got more from strawberries and Bromeliad! I do hope these will improve.o_O

Edit: I have just realised that we don't NEED the drops, they are just handy to reduce the time the barrels take to mature so the above comment is only appropriate for those short of time for the event. 8)

There is also quite a time lag when harvesting. I thought I had deleted all my crops by accident - I harvested, then deleted 2x2s to put out 1x1s and it only showed 5 seeds. But a bit later, when I had resigned myself to the fact of clicking too fast, the crops miraculously appeared. Phew. :p

Back to topic, I do like the variety of events - though these two similar events could have had a little gap between them. :)

Well, we have "only" one crop, but an awful lot of those to plant. Requirement is to high. Especially of the beer barrels. 650 for at least 12 hours. What were they thinking? If we have to produce so much (not even the animals or usual crops counting) than that event needs to be longer. Much longer.
I wish we could get rewarded with some golden bananas for a change. We do need them also in this game.

I am sitting this one out - we have just finished a similar event with better prizes and in this the crop requirements are very high. I think that going back to such frequent events with high requirements, will not be popular. :(

(muscaricat you might want to check out the strategy thread.)

What I forgot to mention is that I like you can access the second part of the quest without having to finish the first part. Lower level sure like that. (me too)

I love the flowers. Having them planted around my home would sure look pretty. They are a keeper.

I'm level 89 and I did not finished the last event, because the drops were too low. I had acquired all the other crops, and cupcakes points required 24 hours before the end, but I was missing 100 comic album over which we have not control!!!! I guess it is to push players to buy the starting baskets.
This event looks similar and the prices are not worth it. I started it before reading the forum info, but I will not continue. Prices should include more power feed, Susy super grow, and yes barnyard bill and Golden bananas. Mysteries type of rewards of High level could be fun. However, I usually get just Xl of a tree or stable I already have, so only the new player can profit from it.
The stars were great when first introduced. However, no new benefits from them have been added in a long time and they are not useful for high level players.

Don't want to repeat what has been say...events too close...PF, SSG, BB as rewards..., BB or GB as rewards. BP you have changed and not all for the good. I've been playing almost 2 years. I'm getting bored. I love time management games, you used to fill that void. This and the last event are too long on crop growth (8hrs). I like be able to progress at least a little every week.

The drops are poor and pulling up and resetting my farm, is beginning not to be worth the effort due to the prizes. At least use this format with GB's for higher level players as a prize. Stop the Stars.

I love this game, but am beginning to hate the events. Have not been playing too long, but long enough to spend way too much money. LOL However, I am not going to spend money on this event at all; the prizes just are not worth it, and I know I will not finish more than 2-3 parts of each quest. And I may even just brew the tea and hold onto it and the tea bags for the EP instead of giving it for prizes I do not need nor particularly want.

Would be much more worth working for if the prizes were noticeable amounts of SuperGrow, Suzy SuperGrow, Power feed, BB, and GB. i.e. Things we need and are worth working (and paying) for. Example, I have spent lots on power feed, but would not give a single dollar for a sticker. The secret seedlings are nice as were the secret stables, as I am a new player. But even for a new player, you can use only so many chicken coops and catalpa trees.

This event is a somewhat clever disguise for the fact that they just want people to buy BBs,( ie use real cash) in order to finish. Add up the number of brew and so forth you can get, multiply by 100.. and see where you get. The only way to get more is to use BB to reset the first event.

    Hello everyone :)

Thank you all for your feedback!
    Hello woody,

I would like to point out that your statement is not quite accurate: by completing the first quest, you can win 700 barrels. You only need 65.000 (so 650 fully matured barrels) for finishing the event, so you are not forced to pay in order to complete it.

I'm level 85 and I am enjoying this event much more than the last one (couldn't complete as not enough comic books). I like how I can pick and choose the order of completing the levels and being able to do part II without having to complete part I first. Also, I getting the stars as I still have yet to complete the Magical Glade Tree.

Like others have said, it would be nice to get some PF, SSG, SG and GB as prizes.
