    Hi to All Farming Chums.......

Squigglegiggle.....You said in your posting saying that you only use Water on Event Crops in the Glade as Water is Free, but Growing Event Crops using Bahamarama, Green Meadow and Main Field, does cost Money(CC)

Here is List of Implications of Not Using Water on Event Crops

    • Event Crops takes 20% Longer to Grow without Water
    • Any Timed Quest during Event is 20% Harder to Complete not using Water
    • If you use buffs such as CAC, They are less effective when not using Water
    • Without Watering Event Crops, you have to use more buffs such as CAC to Complete any Event Level
    • Not Watering Event Drop actually Hinders your ability to get good drop rates, Making it hard to get the drops you need
    • If you dont water Event Crops, you would be kicking yourself that you did not complete the Event, and constantly hindering your progress to be able to Earn lovely Rewards at each level of the Event
    • By not using water you are reaping less Event Crops when using CAC, because you are harvest less often while CAC is running. Therefore you are using CAC Less Effectively
    ALSO
    • Water is a lot cheaper than using manure or Supergrow to Speed up Growing Crops
    • When you complete an Event Level you get back CC that returns cost of using watering Event crops
I have put out the Remind Crops I need for Glitter Poppies and Sneezeworts to Complete the Last Level. Now only Need 211 Lights Left to Get to Complete This Event :p

I am doing very well on the crops but the drops seem to be a little sparse - I should make it on my main farm (everything crossed!) and the little farm may scrape through once I can plant longer crops/trees to get a bit of a boost and can harvest a bit more frequently (like on Tuesday and Wednesday! :p

I was looking for a feedback thread but there doesn't seem to be one for this event - though I suppose they are getting a lot of feedback going by the General and Technical Issues threads. -.-

I really do hope that the bonus code is something for this event like ... hint hint ... a windfall of light strings. :D

Good luck to you all! ;)

Lost focus yesterday so still need about 7000 glittery poppies, hopefully it won’t be a problem but I’m not used to cutting it this thin.

Yes I admit it was pure greed that steered me of course, I was blinded by all the $$$ to be made in the manure market. Never ever have I seen the price of poo this high! o_O

Raised chickens until my chicken feed ran out and sold poo for 300-325 CC. It also made me realize that I have to have a much larger stash of chicken feed, went through 600 fairly quickly so will make sure I have at least treble that in the future.

Hope everyone is doing great and best of luck!

I would have liked to join that poo wagon but as I am working (Friday through to Monday), I had to concentrate on getting the maximum crops/drops when I am here! I could really have done with a CC run! And I had plenty of chicken feed!:cry:

Oh well, you can't win them all. :inlove:

Yes it's down to 160 CC in my market too. I think it reached an all time high while people were still working on Lvl 1 of the Event and by now most would have finished that part.

On this farm 263cc and on Chevrefeuille 210cc so still very high. Usually during events, poo prices get to 200cc but this time it seems to be staying high - well, except for on Mr President's market. :(

Happy. . .happy Was able to sell poop when it was 500cc. Sold everything I had and wished I had more - or had chickens out - but getting the crops was more important. Now the price is at 180cc.

It is funny that even though the sailmakers don't have any animals in it, it still produces poo. xD

In my market, poo sell around 200
so, I use a 3hr harvet coupon ,clean my GM to put out chicken stables.
besides get some poos, My chicken stock is low (I keep stock at over 900)
900 look great but make snake fee will flew quickly.
Now, my poppy over 10000, only need less than 3000 will be fine. my
sneezewort need 1300, with 2 field of them, I will be got enough
So, I release my Bah from event crop. I put some monkey stables (It below
    800) remain land grow back Bah crop, EP yeild is far better than event crop.
I will grow long hr crop at night(to get better drop rate) & only grow poppy
at daytime. 73 hr left. I will finsihed the event within time if drops don't get
    troubles.

Cavy is right! Before placing my higher EP trees out, I was dropping 2-5 lights per harvest. Even with both trophies being moved from field to field. I placed trees around my crops and the drops went up to 10-13 per harvest.

    Good call, Cavs!

You are so right, Moo! I was being selfish with my water and realized that I could more than make it up by just selling Cow Feed (or any preferred animal's) during the event. That mill can keep going 24/7. It would more than make up for it!

And my 8 hr crops are down to 6 and a little. That means that gives me the opportunity for a couple more crops before the event is over, PLUS more drops.

    Excellent post!

Hi Blaze :) just a friendly warning, making two posts in a row (like you just did) is called double posting and is not allowed. You can copy your second post, then click "edit" on your first post and paste the content of your second post there. Then you can delete your second post.

In the future if you want to reply to two posts, that's no problem, you can just click reply on both of them, and you can answer them both in the same post :)

I have everything done....just waiting on 147 lightstrings :p. They do seem to be a little slow in dropping.
I have turned to chicken and parrot farming :wuerg: my poo market is still selling at around 315 cc. I think with a long overnight crop I should be fine on drops.

    Good Luck Everyone :)

Step 4 DONE. I have 182 lights toward my final 450, about half my hankies but need lots of glitter. Think I'm on track at this point. I'm still making sails even though I don't need them because it will be a while before I need to turn them in so I will sell some in the market. Can always use CCs and this event isn't offering any.

Cali, unfortunately you can't sell the windmill sails in the market :( What you can sell in the market is party sails, which are made in the permanent mole workshops you win in level 5.

I guess it has just been forgotten, if someone asks for it in general issues, I am sure it will be opened :)

Oh well, it was a thought. I'm guessing they will be exchanged after the event at least. Thanks, I won't waste anymore mole feed on them.
