Funny that - isn't it?

I've been experiencing the same thing. I think the devs want to make sure that we feel like we worked extra hard for the glory of passing this Event. Hahahaha!

 

I finished the event three hours before the end
For me it was most difficult to get all the products(in the time needed) and the drops...

Finished in the early hours of this morning. That said, I was up from midnight to quarter past two trying to scrounge 14 more light drops. Suffice to say the end result was bitter-sweet at that awful time, but having made it through the day without falling asleep I'm much less distraught

 

I finished the event too. I would love to thanks all of you wonderful farmers for sharing great strategies here. It helps me get through the time quest. This community was amazing!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Happy Farming!

 

Exciting to hear so many players finished this event. Congrats one an all.

I finished on all three farms with 600+ extra event drops on each farm. This despite the battery on my laptop dying in the middle of harvest/seeding four times. And having to wait 20m to reestablish my preferred setup each time. Even if I subtract the drops I got from my pre-event planting of hazelnuts, miscalculated the time and didn't have time for carnations, and subtract the magic trees and subtract the 3-4h of beginning event time I got this time that I normally don't get because the events usually start in the middle of the night... I averaged over 200 drops per day. I did have a bit more play time than I've had all year, aka fewer missed harvests.
