Could bigpoint have made this chestnut festival event any harder??

This is clearly an event geared toward people that spend money on this game and a lot of it... 2,450,000 worth in breeding animals alone I have only 1 top breeding animal which is a flying goat only worth 85,000 and it wasn't easy to breed... and the animal and crop donations are really way up there also.... a very very difficult event that has ever come around indeed.... xD I welcome any feedback regarding this event......

    You're not alone, FarmerTed.
The amount of breeding animals for this event is truly unexpected. Although using jumbo stable pen, I'm not sure many top farmers can finish it. But we have no choice.

Hopefully there is someone making a strategy for minimum requirements.

I don't think I'll do this Event...I think the Crops/Animal requirements are just plain ridiculous...:(...if that Goodie Box WAS the Prize, then yes...I think I'll have my Barn echoing back at me...:p but to the best of my knowledge its not..(only scanned over when I saw the donation requirements and lost interest...:sleepy:..actually more like the wind got knocked off my sails...:p)

I wonder if we will be able to use the base Cuckoos for the breeding part. I have thousands of those. It does seem like steep requirements but the Harvest Festival is usually a barn clearing event.

Munchkins 620. Sunchokes 16650. CC worth of crops 850000. CC worth of animals 750000. CC worth of fruits 150000. CC worth of breeding animals 2450000. Let me think! I think NOT.

Hopefully the Farmerama producers will take out a zero or two from the end when they see us suffering:cry:-because the amounts are indeed ridiculously high!

Hey! Let's be positive! 40 powerfeed with no efforts is nice! Agree with the previous comments that all requirements are crazy! Doing Stage 1 and done!
Good luck to everyone who decides to give it a go!

Agreed -Tigerlily-, I can donate that amount of crops for step one and then might cash in as somebody is bound to have been stocking up ready for this one! Beyond that my positivity is choked by the animal value requirement!

I can accept event requirements, except 2.45 million worth of breeding animal. :sleepy:
But I do not have a choice and I decided to donate with 2 sparkle fishes. Instead, I hope I get 40 PFs (reward of level 1) + 100 PFs (reward of Top 1000 Goodies box, if I could counter in Top 1000 donations in the end of event time >:()

Alright, I see some people are complaining about this event?
I'm pretty excited and KNEW not to sell all my breeding animals, animals, crops, fruits, etc.

The whole point in this game is to be prepared for what will come in the future.
Remember, we all started with like 2500 CC. Well I turned mine into 123,632,000 country coins. ;)

Woah, Solo! I'm impressed! Good foresight and planning! :D

Guess you don't really have a CC's problem, eh? ;)

I have to say so am I solo.
Level one: 50 000 EP crops / 96 EP = 520 Roses + an Oyster Mushroom & 2 Lettuce or Lettuce only to finish the level (finally a use for Lettuce xD.
That can be easy harvested in one round without a CAC or PJ.
Level two: 100 000 EP animals / 264 EP = 378 parrots + a pig & 2 chickens. Sure there is a better way to complete that last 208 EP.
    Without Bah open: 227 Moose + a Rabbit & 2 chickens.
I have used Roses & Parrots as they have the best EP/hr.
Not the best or only strategy, hopefully it may change those with the bleak outlooks to look more positively at this great challenge.
I will be completing all levels of the event with whatever I uncover in my barn :inlove:.

Disappointed no products or tools are required -.-.

It's not EP requirements, Kaydd2. But Exchange values (CCs).
    Level one should be : 442 roses (442*113 CCs) + 54 lettuces (54*1 CCs) = 50,000 CCs
    Level two is right amounts.

Yes, it is true Mir85. Exact number is 588,235 maple saps.
But when it will be how much you have to spend CC is a different story. In my market, the price of maple sap is 88 CC each. 100 million exchange value = 51,764,680 CCs.
I compare it to rowanberry are sold at a price of 40 each. 100 million exchange value = 32,000,000 CCs.
Thanks for your warning Mir85, but I know what should I do. ;)

Good luck to everyone who decides to give it a go!:music:

EDIT : Apparently I missed my previous statement. Don't know how to restore it back.

I must warn you SillyGuy, unless you really know what you are doing, I wouldn't try for the top 1000. I don't remember the numbers from last year, but I don't think spending 10 million now will get you anywhere close to top 1000. There are farmers spending all year preparing for this event.

Edit: I think maybe the farmers that made it into the top500 last year made donations for several hundred millions in exchange value (if someone remembers better than me, please confirm or correct me :p). 100 million corresponds to 588000 maple saps, just to give you an idea.

Hi Fellow Farmers This Event had always be Aim and Real Money Spending Farmers, Or to Barn Hoarders such as myself and Those Who spend lots of time in the Markets Making loads of CC I did have 130 Million CC but brought an Instructor Goat Cheap now have 123 Million CC i have the Same as SoloTime as I have been Hoarding away all year and Build up CC too as This is My Fourth Festival Event.

This Kind of Event is not Aim at Lower level Farmers or Newbies or Those Who Not Spend Real Money on The Game of Those who do not have Healthy Barn of Crops, Fruits, Animals and Breeding Animals

The Least that any one can do is just do the first Level of this Event, which Earns you 40 Power Feeds !!!

I was here last year for Top 500, There was couple English Forum Farmers to had a go to stay in the Top 500 try win the Top Prize but they all underestimated the Donations requirements to stay in Top 500.

If I recall it the Person in 500th Place donated about 140 Millions Worth of Barn Stocks.....Here is a Shocker....The Person who was in 1st and 2nd Place had Donated a Total of over 4 Billion CC worth Barn Stocks.

I do not think it is conceivable to Drain your Entire Barn Stock just taking a Gamble to get the Top 1000 Prize Rewards, I know few farmers who regularly posted in old forum, actually Missed out the Top 500, by a long shot...Only One just just missed out by 2 Million CC, all these farmers struggled to get back to where they were to the point when they Regretted Donating into Top 500.

I need to remind you once you complete Level 7 ...I be amazed how many of you will be able to do this, Once you start donating into Top 1000, You can never get back to what you donated.

This is Certainly the Hardest Festival Event BigPoint had Given us since the first festival Event started

I am going to sit this one out - the donations required would deplete my barn, particularly the breeding animals. If I thought I could get and fill the cloud row I would have a good go but the breeding requires a lot of PF, most of which has to be bought with real money. The prizes are good but I think that BP has the requirements way too high for many players. A real shame.

This is good news to me, I'm very happy. xD

P.S, please don't feel ashamed, I'm glad you bought that Goat.
I did a different thing, I invested into Snowies and snugglies only to make 600k back
when I could have made up to 2 million if I didn't breed them.
