So, tonight I received a very nice gift. Here's a photo:

Yep! You read right! Emergency Chocolate.

You can't really read the label from where you're sitting right now, so I'll just type it out for you:

For immediate relief of: Chocolate Cravings, Lovesickness, Exam Pressure, Mild Anxiety and Extreme Hunger.
Directions for use: Tear open wrapper, break off desire dosage, and consume. Alternatively massage into the affected area. Repeat dosage as required until finished. If symptoms persist consult your local confectioner.

    xD

    I'll take a box load, please... 8)

We had them in the Marine Corps but they were packaged during the Korean War xD

I saw Emergency chocolate for sale the other day when hubby and I went out for our anniversary. It was packaged a little differently (white label with red cross) but the directions were the same. They were the size of a standard size candy bar. Almost bought one but didn't.

Mmmm.... I wonder how lovely THEY tasted! :wuerg:

Brilliant idea, chookie! Start the emergency supply of emergency chocolate. At least 3 year's worth! xD xD

    Happy Anniversary, dear PnP! :inlove:

Hubby said the white label brand is milk chocolate. Red label brand is dark. Mmmmm.... 8)

Thank you Daizy! I like milk chocolate better than dark but that works out find in our house since hubby likes dark. We each can have our own! LOL

When I get chocolate, I hide it. I think that's the most selfish thing I do, but there you have it!

I'm a dark chocolate lady myself ~ it's an acquired taste that I acquired when I discovered I could eat more dark chocolate for the same number of WW points lol!! I too will admit to sheepishly having my own "stash" of chocolate... it's either that or I have to buy the chili flavored stuff (so my daughter especially) doesn't eat it all!
    o_O:cry:
It has the added benefit of limiting how much I can eat as it warms both the tummy and the heart ~ as too much results in heartburn! :p

I love all Chocolate - especially White. If there is not much left, I hide the last couple of bits so I can enjoy them all by myself!

DarlingDaizy, perhaps you could send your hubby to train mine on the art of emergency chocolate supplying. I sent mine on a mission and he came back with everything but the chocolate ( a mistake he is currently paying for!)-.-

Yum! Too bad they don't have a sheep guy with drool coming down the chin. xD

That's the spirit, UMF - we need to train our girls to do the same. :D

He just doesn't know what's good for him yet. We can change that for you.
Send him on over, TC. Forget my husband, I will straighten him out! (giggle)

I have to say, I'm quite shocked how females like chocolate candy so much.
From like what I see, it makes the best gift? xD

Chocolate has stuff in it that females need. Especially when you get older. Know why? Because we pour so much of ourselves out on people that we have to replenish with the best food on the planet. You could say that God knew what He was doing when He created cocoa beans and sugar cane. Yum!! (imagine a drooly sheep here)

    Hahahahahaha! xD

And Solo? For some of us, nice jewelry is a close second. I happen to be in that camp, too! lol :D

I'm so glad that my hubby understands those two points about me. :inlove:
