    Hello,

I am looking for the FAQ for Farmer's Orders. Is one available?

What is a BEP? How to play? What are the customer points icons for and how do I track my totals and use them? Etc etc.

    Thank you!

    Hey gamerLaf!

BEP stands for Bahamarama EP. You earn EP separately for Bahamarama and your main farm, so this is the EP that goes towards your Bahamarama EP count.
Customer points are an indication of how "satisfied" the customer is. For every order that you fill, you will receive 10 customer points for the customer who put in the order. As you gain these points they will go towards the customer's tally. As far as I know there is no way to know the exact number of points each customer has, but you don't need to know. As you earn more points, the customer's "satisfaction bar" will fill up. Once the bar is full, your customer will progress to the next level and their bar will go back down to 0 on the new level. The level that your customer is on corresponds to how many orders they place per day (ie. level 1 means that customer will place 1 order per day, level 5 means they will place 5 orders per day). Note that this will be different for each customer. Whilst one customer may be on level 1, other customers may be on any level from 2 through 5. It depends on how many orders you fill for each individual customer. 5 is the highest level any customer can be on unless you are a premium player. Also note that if a customer goes several days without having any orders filled, it's customer satisfaction will gradually drop. If your customer's satisfaction bar drops to 0, they will fall to the previous level (ie. from level 4 to level 3), so making it to level 5 doesn't mean the customer will be on level 5 forever.

  3. Hello gamerLaf.

This is your lost FAQ. :D

    BEP is Bahamarama Experience Points.

You begin with one customer order. As you gain customer points you will open more orders to a total of 5. You can see your progress under the customer's picture.

Thank you squigglegiggle for your assistance.

Can we assist the OP further?

Thank you very much. That was very helpful. I was wondering why I should want customer points and I was clicking on the bar under the customer name and nothing was happening too, so thank you for explaining that as well. :)

    (OP has no more questions)

Thank you Intrepideur for the FAQ. THe OP has no further questions.
