At the first look, it seemed a very nice event, the event crops(5 hours) is very good, the gifts are very good but again, yellow chameleon stalls, if they are not coming with the base stall they are useless to all the players below level 61 who could not participate in the baby sitter event, we need a clarification if it is upgrades or it is coming with the base stall.
Then we have this timed quests which are outrageous because of the obscene high demands, it is only doable by the players who have xxl upgrades for the trees and some jumbo tree with upgrades and that is also tricky because they have 48h and 36h time to harvest, that means turbo mulch, but that is not a big deal, by numbers, you need 500 trees with minimum 120 ep to get the 60000 ep required, or 250 trees with minimum 120 ep if you plan to harvest 2 times in the 24 hours if the trees need 12 hours, some trees need 18 hours and the jumbos need 24 or 36 or 48 hours, so who can do that, I am a level 91 player and as soon I saw the faq, I ran to check my inventory to check my trees, it is a hard job for me, and may be achievable with a lot of turbo mulch, but still vey difficult, also the third quest the timed quest to get another 60000 ep from animal stalls, we need 150 stalls with minimum 200ep to get that if we plan to harvest for 2 times, I checked my main field and found that it can take 37 stalls, multiply by 4 for all the fields including the island we can use around 148 stalls or less considering the magic glade is a little smaller, so it is not doable unless we have red and pink stalls and may be some power feed ( I mean a lot) and yet some red and pink does not give 200 ep like chickens and rabbits, after all we loose 48 hours so I do not know if the remaining time is enough to complete all the other requirements which is also high because of the 1000 crop square which needs 12:42 to harvest and 15000 event crop. and there is more, red cabbage and 8 squirrel monkeys.

So I have 1 question to BP, do you really consider the numbers when you put them or you just estimate and assume that the numbers for the requirements are ok and can be done?

Actually, it is doable :) check my post :)

If anyone is wondering: The main field and green meadow holds 44 stalls each, magical glade 40 stalls and the full bahamarama holds 41 stalls. That is 128 farm stalls and 41 baha stalls :)

To Mir85 : did you really managed to put that number of stalls, I have been trying my best and could not come to that number, there is a lot of spots at the edges where you cant put stalls, if you did it please tell me how? I would post a picture to show you what I did, but it seems the function is not working for me.

abudabi, use the builder to help you.;)

I am definitely not going to complete step 1 because I only have a few trees. BP should have thought carefully about the amount of ep the challenge will need.
I think that the rewards for chameleon should also include the base stall, or it will be useless to me because I missed the babysitter event. (I am not at level 61)

This is the feedback I have currently, based on the FAQ.

Now that the event has been postponed (after setting up all my trees, using SSG and Turbo Mulch) I am unhappy. I have much of my field space tied up with trees for the first step. If I harvest them today, I lose all the SSG and Turbo Mulch. If I don't, I lose the space for Happy Harvest Day. Not to mention that I set the trees by hand. Please tell me that there will be some type of compensation for the major change of plans.

Edit: I figure about 30 trees are now on hold as I used SSG on them that I would not have used except for the event. (I wouldn't have had many of them even out on my farm if it weren't for the event.)

I sure am glad I used all that Turbo Mulch on my trees to have them ready. I like wasting my hard earned resources. -.-:sleepy:

Don't take me wrong completely here. I'm glad that an event wasn't just started with the knowledge it wasn't going to work properly and all. Problem is it's just really frustrating to have used things to set up an event and then have it be for nothing. I don't normally do that and now I'm remembering why.

Great news event postponed, I to have wasted time and effort to set up my farm to be ready for the event not to mention mulch and supergrass. Now I find that it starts in the middle of my shift at work so I will be loosing event hours.
    Great work BP
    Ah well!!!!

I am at a loss to know what to do for the rest of today. No farming for me till the event starts as I had got all my trees ready, using valuable resourses to maximise the ep. I don't want to waste them so will sit patiently.
It is good that this problem was found before the event went live though but perhaps the timed events should be cancelled or at least the amount needed halved.

I used over 100 SSG that I would not have ordinarily used on my trees in order to up the EP for the event. I am now sitting with those trees unharvested until the event starts. This has taken up precious land that I would normally use to grow the crops I need for the event. :( -.-

Oh dear - complicated challenge involving early growth of trees - wasting space for crops on a delayed double harvest day - and now a delay of the challenge. Not good

Shame on You! I mean all of the BP team. This is not the first time that such "glitch" is happened. Do You really mean that I am gone to spend either of my ressources for nothing? Quit your jobs, for sake of all players, because of lack of competence. I am playing the game for almost three years, but what happened in the last six months is simply outrageous. Dont ever think that I am gonna to spend real money again for such incompetence...

Seriously. Numerous people have lost mulch, super grow and stuff worth a lot. Besides planning their time and sitting there waiting for the event to start. And three hours after BP still haven't promised any kind of compensation - really?

Not to forget BP being unable to announce the postponement until before scheduled event start.

Words cannot describe the level of amateurism that is.

Whoever is responsible for these decisions are truly clueless.

paor, you won't find a single big game, program, operating system or huge code, without bugs :( It is always frustrating when it happens, but they actually found the error and fixed it (!), now they just want to make sure (as sure as you can be) that everything is working before starting the event. If you can't tolerate any bugs, the only option I can think of is to give up on computers altogether :music: then you will still have to face mechanical failures :p

22ro, I would like to think that the priority right now is to make sure that the event will run smoothly tomorrow.

Are You Lawyer for BP team or what?
If such things are predictable, than BP team are good to advice to do not give any information about challenge in advance.
    Simply as that...

Mir85 - your observation on paor is correct and paor comments appear to have been made in anger , but there have been more issues with event and mini events recently. And combining a harvest day special with a tree challenge on the same day is a little thoughtless.

Do you really want to hit a challenge not knowing what or when ?
I would suggest not starting challenges with timed items which we all prepare for before the event starts. That way a delay is not as significant. And a delay is much better than a faulty event.

Wasn't it a timed event that went wrong last time ?

Yes, Yes again because it will give alll the players equally chance to finish it (or at least to finish part of it)...

While I am glad that the event was postponed because they knew of the bug, it still stinks to have spent all that time putting all those trees down and using up all those goodies for the extra ep. I luckily looked at the event timer before I touched anything on my farm. Unfortunately there are those who didn't. My condolences to you. My beef would be that today was a Happy Harvest day which meant we would be getting double the ep on crops and trees. Is that going to be extended as well?

Whoops, I can't read. I thought is was both, so I guess I have no beef.

    its do
its double ep on crops NOT trees - hence the waste of putting now unneeded trees out
