New Kiwi Animal Feed

The New Kiwi Animal Stable requires

• 8 Rosemarys
• 2 Kiwi Fruits
• 4 Laurels

But to Make this Kiwi Animal Feed you need to be a Level 95 Farmer (Mainland), as at Level 95 you unlock Laurel as a crop

Guess What I am a Level 94 Farmer, as i have Laurel in my Barn 20,000 of them. As i am able to Mill Kiwi Feed as I Tried it and it works

But Not able to sell Kiwi Animal Feed to the Markets until I am level 95. I am certain if i win a Kiwi Animal Stable from Mystery Stables only if. I should be able to Grow Kiwi Animals using Kiwi Animal Feeds that i can mill on my Farm

This would help me donate Kiwi Animals to the Thunder From Down Under Quest as will be needing 100 Kiwi Animals to complete Level 5 of This Quest

I wonder how many of you are in same Position as I am in just curious ?

 

I am on level 93 and find that I can mill kiwi food too. I seem to have over 3500 laurel available, although I can't grow it or buy it. I think the laurel in inventory must be from when laurel was an event crop ages ago. I always made sure, if the event crop was going to be kept, that I grew a lot extra while I had the chance. Perhaps you did the same Mooboy ? I am certainly glad that I grew quite a lot of laurel !!

 

The option for producing Kiwi feed is showing in my mill but unlike you lucky 2, I have no Laurel therefor can't mill any... Can't grow it yet and not available in the market yet.. so I wait, and wait or have to use to use PF....me thinks BP is kinda smart with this one

 

I am sure you can sell it, it just hasn't been introduced in the market yet always takes a little while

 

I am level 92 and have milled this feed earlier today don't have much laurel in stock though

 

Level 3 of the Thunder from down Under quest gives 120 Kiwi food as a reward. So all players lucky enough to get the new animal should be able to complete the new quest even if they don't have any laurel in their inventory.

 

Being a Level 92 farmer, so a long way from 95

I'm almost sure the 95+ farmers won't take advantage of the situation and sell at crazy prices. If you've levelled this far - I'm sure you you'll rather gift Laurel to each and everybody, if possible.

We have seen what happens with wolves and their feeds. In the market, a wolf is sold at a price for approx. 30,000 CC/unit, and a wolf feed is sold at a price for approx. 650 CC/unit. Available milling for a farmer at level 72 as unlocked spinach crops.

I predicted it would happen the same situation as with the wolves. Soon or later, I think :
A kiwi animal is sold at a price for approx 60,000 CC/unit, and a kiwi feed is sold at a price for approx 2,300 CC/unit.

Actually, I think this is a real challenge for us.

 

There are many, many farmers that have reached Level 72 and got Wolf Pens; and there is a fight to sell both feed and the actual animal, which turns out to be offered at higher prices.

But the ones who have reached Level 95 I guess is only a handful, all of whom have been around for a very long time and they probably don't need the money and are more interested in helping fellow farmers.

 

I do not want pessimistic here.
But based on the facts, the price of rosemary and kiwi fruit are going up highly as skyrocket today.

I'm glad that BP teams have analyzed this before the new permanent quest went live. PitBmom have explained a little bit.

However, there will be a fight among farmers to purchase both feeds and the actual animals (kiwi) soon. And guess what, someone will take advantages this situation.

I am level 89. I can mill kiwi food due to having laurel (1000) from a old event back in 2012. I did get a kiwi pen in the last mystery stable event. I have done the quest up to the last level only need the 100 kiwi.
