How the Weather in Your Neck of the Woods?

This morning we woke to a Winter Wonderland - the sun was shining and every leaf, twig and branch was covered in snow. It looked beautiful. Only about 1" of snow and most of it has melted now but it really cheered me up.

 

Farmerumf, ...So, so very glad you got your beautiful snow!

 

Well she can have what we are having tonight... 2-3 inches more of the dry fluffy type on top of the 9 inches we got Sunday
And a wind chill to 0 fahrenheit. Saturday we 'may' get to freezing (32F).
C'mon get happy !

 

We've had snow here in the NE of England....To those of you who live in countries with lovely, warm climates all year round....you are very lucky!

 

We only had flurries over the weekend...no accumulation. Today the sun is shining and in the high 30s. So far we have had a lot of cold weather but very little snow. I would love a good snowstorm!-- as long as everyone was safe and the power stayed on

 

Feel free to send some down south a bit! We have ice at the moment and frost - pretty, but not pleasant to drive in!

It got as far as west Cornwall so must have missed you on the way here!

 

Today we had cloudy and very cold weather, but now..... it's even raining

 

Puppies, if you want snow, come to my house. We just had a blizzard - 21.5" in my part of the city. It's still snowing, but lightly. Now the temperature is dropping. Supposed to get below 0 degrees F. All that snow is pretty when the sunlight make it sparkle.
Aaah, winter in the Windy City. There's nothing quite like it.

 

Hmm, snow??? Saw in the news that US was snowing badly.
While we don't have snow here. Tell the snow to come here to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

 

I am in Northumberland, bitterly cold and a skim of snow here, Feel sorry for those in the US, they are getting it bad ... and envious of those in the tropics !!!

 

On my way with a sled and plenty of hot chocolate to share! We lived in the Windy City so I am familiar with what you are going through. Those wind chills are tough!

Yesterday the weather was extremely hot but today is the exact opposite I even think that yesterday I got a bit tanned from the sun.
But today It is raining all day so much! The weather forecast predicted snow but there isn't

it is 22 degrees ferinheight ( can't spell & spell check refuses to help LOL) and we woke up to 4inchs of snow and they say snowing all day& night
then more Thursday

 

It's FEB; and it should be snow!!!!! We might have a problem with the dams not producing enough electricity. It has rained here for the last 5 days. Anyhow this is eastern Washington state, and we always have a lot of snow, I retired as a rural route mail carrier, and have been stuck many times with a 4 wheel drive. I am thinking climate (SP.) change is the real deal; and it's scary, especially when your 67 years old. I am reading a great book now and just enjoying life. I love this game

 

It did - I watched the weather and there was this little blank spot right where we are! Oh joy - I could drive to the snow but that was it . Ah well maybe next year!
