I would really like to see a wider variety of machinery vouchers. There are times when I have to set off a 3 hour voucher to change the farm around and plant for an event, with nothing else to do but watch the tractor wiggle itself to a standstill. 8)

It would be good to have vouchers for 30 minutes, an hour or two hours. :)

Another idea would be the ability to buy vouchers - at the moment, when we purchase harvester functions, they activate immediately. If we could buy vouchers, we could activate them to our best advantage. :inlove:

Though I buy the monthly subscription, I do think this idea is a good one. There are times that you only need the builder for a short period of time when you are rearranging the farm for or after an event. When I had vouchers on my 2nd farm, I would run a few rounds of short crops to maximize the time before putting the final plan on the farm; however, it is not always feasible to do so.

Also, when there are 5 hour event plants, what do you use? Several 3 hour vouchers or a 12 hour/24 hour? Now, I could harvest everything in 30 minutes and then be free to browse the Forum! :p

Maybe a voucher that uses minutes as with cell phones... if not in use, they just sit there til you do need them...that may be too good to benefit bp though. (I would pay for that myself:))

I like this idea as well, but it has been suggested before and Farmerama does not seem to be receptive to it.

I also wish they would offer coupons instead of these instant use bits they offer for various rewards, including the easter eggs. They are useless to many people who would really like them.

Its particularly insane for the Easter event, since you pretty much have to harvest your lillies before millling. If you get a coupon, it expires before the lillies are even ripe. Waiting is less an option for the eggs than for, say the wheel, because many other rewards are most helpful immediately (CC, CAC, etc.)

How? The harvester rewards given are either 12 hours or 48 hours, how long does your easter lilies take o_O

If you want to make the most of it, just get the eggs right before the next harvest of lilies is ready ;)

I thought some were 3 hours?
Still, I think a coupon would be much better.

I like a lot your second idea! About your first: I don't think it would be good for us to exist vouchers for less than 3 hours, because BP would give us as rewards in events, less hours of harvester helpers. I mean it would be better to have a 3 hour voucher even if we use only an hour of it.
    This is a good question:)

That's a good point, Arielh! Wouldn't it be wonderful, though, if instead of one three-hour coupon, we could get three one-hour coupons? Still three hours total, but broken up to be used more effectively. :D

When BP offers a sale on harvest helpers, I don't buy because they are not vouchers. I rarely have any immediate use. I wouldn't even mind if there were a limit on how many we could buy during one of these sales if they actually were vouchers.

Aren't the prizes initiated when you give the bunnies their bouquets? Therefore, mill the bouquets then give out your bouquets when you can use the harvester in case that is the prize you get. ;)

One point probably nobody disagrees with is that the immediately active rewards ( Builder, Seeder, Harvester, Farm Droid, 100% Harvest Reward) are nice rewards, but turn to a nuisance, because usually nothing is set up (or can be set up) to use them to their full potential.
So coupons are a good way to make them most useful to the individual farmer.
But coupons for machinery in a bigger variety of available time is probably a never ending story......some will say that they need a 5 minute period to take care of their farming, others need seven or fifteen minutes.....so right now with the choice of 6 different coupons it's ok. (my opinion)
One considerably good option would be a start/stop button......you activate your machinery when needed and stop it when done farming using the minutes off of your activated coupon. This is my favorite choice, if you need longer you pay extra minutes....but "stretching" the coupon like this is most likely not in BP's interest. It will cause some now subscribers to jump off the wagon...
But the call is still to change immediately active rewards in coupons.

Chevrefeuille , if I remember correctly we have had 1 hour coupons before (I believe it was a gift from the Christmas Advent Calendar 2014 ???) and I would like to see them available to buy/win again as a lot of the farming, especially for people who perhaps check their farms quickly before they go to work, will literally just harvest everything, set crops or whatever going again then that will be it until later in the day so I totally agree about how much the 3 hour ones can be wasted. I also think a 30 min one would be good but as Michael said, you could go on and on with it but I'm definitely all for the 1 hour coupon and yes I prefer the coupons as well instead of instant activation, so much gets wasted and I also think that if people had more control over the Harvester time that more people would more inclined to part with their hard earned cash to buy the subscription as they would know so much of it wasn't going to waste! (Although I know the sub would need to be adapted for this as it would no longer be charged by the month it would have to be bought as time slots)

I have said this before, but the real issue is that we need coupons, and NO "instant active" wins. Basically, the instant things are OK only for people who sit at the computer and have the flexibility to stay and benefit from them. For the rest of us, coupons are much, MUCH better. Its better to not win anything then to get something supposed to be a "prize", something you might like to use, but cannot because its timed wrong. This is ESPECIALLY true for party ticket wins, because we either have to work hard on events or pay BB to get those. Right now, I already have a subscription, so any time just adds to that. Still, the point remains.

Further, I think more coupons will increase people's desire to buy the harvester subscriptions. In my case, it was only after using several coupons that I really got to understand the benefits. It was having the coupons that made me want to pay for a subscription. Though I am now back to playing for free, if I change my mind and buy anything again, it will be a harvester subscription... and that because I got to try it out with coupons first.
