Rodeo babies event stratigies

Well BBD ends for me here so is the colour breeding Didn't only complete the Rodeo babies event but also was working on other colour breeding quests. Finished up to level 7 of Horse, Turkey and Cow breeding quests. Rabbit, sheep, Goat, Pig, Chicken is up to level-5+

Waiting for next BBD to finish them up

Overall, I thought I don't get a good skip, After finished event breeding.
I breed some pig, no good skip, then I go to island & breed some panda.
When result come out. I click the windows so fast that I could only got a
quick glimpse. I saw a white panda. But when I start next round of breeding.
I don't see any white panda. So, I thought I may got some mistake.
Only when I go to market try to sell some breed animal. Then I discover that...

I have everything but need to rush outside and try to get some yardwork done before it gets any hotter.
I did all the breeding yesterday. All that midwifery stuff wore me out. Fell asleep at 8p. Left the last bunch of Love Shacks overnight.
On main farm MissClick cost me a sea horse and I got an eggshell bunny. 2nd farm got a cowgirl and 3 mustangs. 3rd farm got a sea horse, 2 mustangs and a puffer. Not terribly exciting but only about 100 breedings each farm.

 

The top animal isn't available for breeding so it is greyed out on the breeding panel but if you look close, the number is there!

I know, I had experienced. My golden donkey also grey out. But I just never got an
idea that I could breed out the top animal.
I seldom breed Panda. When I click the motel, only the first 3 level had stock. So, those
grey section I don't take noticed for them. I hardly notice there is "1" on the last grey section!!!

 

tuesday i wrote this, what a cash cow this event has been for me. i had finished the breeding branch 2 days before the event started.
i have now completed feather, angora and wool fsq, along with other steps. now have to decide what to do with stars, 158 of them. broke 500k cc's for first time and still have many items listed. plus quite a few breed animals saved. pf is depleted, used between 400-450, where is the mill subscription?
oh yes, i decided to complete first 3 steps of event. now to prep for next bbd. not 1 bb or rl dollar spent i can only imagine what a top player made off this event.

 

When the pheromone cloud finally lifted on my farm and I came out of my BBD induced fever to take stock of just what exactly I had accomplished this is what I discovered.

Finished the quest...yes did that on the first day of the BBD event.
Completed chickens, rabbits, cows, sheep and horses breeding FSQ's up through level 6.
Breeding FSQ's for ducks, turkeys, pigs and goats up through level 3.
Earned enough stars to open all 3 breeding runes.
Reached level 60.
Started the magical stalk FSQ and got the bat roost.
Put my Flaming Steer out to pasture so I don't accidentally sell him before I need him to complete the magical stalk quest.
Earned a lot of cc's, at one point I was within 50,000cc of having a million but sadly I did need to reinvest in the farm. I'm back down to 789,199, most of the money went to stable investments that I think will be needed in the future. (love that rumor thread)

I did buy BB's, I purchased my introductory 80% off offer and got 330BB which I used to buy PF with. So I didn't do this totally cash free but I only spent $3 so it was worth it in my opinion.

Most of all I had an extreme amount of fun which really was the main goal after all.

Didn't see that one, Suzee, just seen one where someone gives a monkey a rude gesture and the monkey takes him out Too funny. I lavished them with banana trees, promised them red punch but no they were not going to play skip with me.
Ah well, congrats to everyone on your great results I have put my huts away and await a better day.

 

Now BBD has ended, I can say it was not bad, I did not reach my goals (milkshake cow, and Picasso horse), but the results were good for me, even I did around 1000 breeding process for all the animals with around 1100 hormones, I managed to get 3 level 8 colored animals the hard way, 1 milky way cow, 1 circus monkey, and 1 rainbow chicken, there were a lot of skips but few were remarkable, a Tiki monkey from regulars, a sushi panda from 4 Zen pandas, fire horse from regulars, the rest were 1, 2 or 3 level skips, what I managed was to get all the squirrel monkeys, the chimpanzees, and a good number of howling monkeys for castles on the sand, only few remains, as for the baby pandas I still need 9, but for the Dancing pandas and the sultan camels, I don't think the next 4 or 5 coming BBD's are going to be enough to produce these, in general my stock of colored animals is good and with the 6 and 4 regulars that I got quite often my stock of animals is little less than what I had at the start of this event.

i stopped doing fsq for breeds, opting to save them for soup n friends fsq you will get at lv70.
i dont recall that bb offer, i also would have jumped all over that. i did get harvester for -87% though as intro offer. most of my pf came from certain levels in fsq.
past couple days have easily been the best fun to date.

I am advanced in so many areas, I will have to make crops for a while, I did not know what to do before finding this thread, so had tons of crops, feed and lower animals, I had pretty plots, trees all equal it was pretty. Now I attacked the star eating tree while doing this event, 10 more stars and that breeding ruin is mine, got down to the middle/bottom of a lot of quests, finished some got up to the elephants stall onn the Island, so now just aiming for them GB!
I made a lot of CC's but spent them all on farm needs so came out 20,000.00 ahead in coin only. But I got me some stalls!

It was fun, I will be taking part in events from now on.

I really did not pay attention, I figured it was because i was so low but skips not that many two I think, rest just up to next level animal and one to two of regular stock cow or horse on every breeding, it was good for me first time so it ok.

 

I got the same BB offer it was in the bank not anywhere else. I don't know if it had to be your first overall purchase or not as all my other special offers changed after I purchased that. I didn't see the harverster offer you got so perhaps you only get one offer for a first time purchase.

As I posted earlier, I finished the event surprisingly on Friday evening. Got some good skips and all I behaved myself yesterday with the Baby Boom until I started focusing on my need to get enough stars to complete the top rune.... Well, suffice to say, I was like a dog with a bone on the breeding quests, as well as some others and surprisingly I am well on my way to the necessary stars...... I had to stop myself before I used up all my inventory completely lol. So I have decided that BBD can be very addictive..... guess it's not only chocolate I have issues with lol. Back to the Chocoholic Room with me ! This was a great event and good week end. Thank you Big Point and fellow farmers.

 

Only yesterday night, one hour before I usually go to sleep, suddenly I remembered that I have not done the quest in my second farm. There was only 4 hrs left in BBD. Rushed and did all the breeding. Thanks to the pink jelly. And today morning I finished milling my feeds and completed the quest. Happy.

I finished the event basically in one morning but I waited for the food to be milled. So I finished the last day.
