This maybe a silly question, but how do I gift someone who is not my neighbor?

 

Sorry to disappoint you but these items are not eligible for trade during this session of G&T. Most, if not all have not been in the game long enough.

Copy their name carefully. Send them an IGM (In Game Message). Once you have sent the message, go to your outbox. Click the check mark in front of the message you just sent, then click on "Add to Friends" in the lower right corner. Now they should show up (at the bottom) of your friends list when you go to gift them an item.

If you have at least one license to Gift, you can now go to the G&T panel, select Gift and choose their name from the list. Next, choose the item from your inventory and you will make a friend very happy!

 

Send them a short message from the post office. Go to the outbox, click the checkmark in front of their anem and click add friend. Than you can send them a gift.

If you send me IGM, I can arrange for you 1 or 2 items as gifts.

all you have to do is send me IGM, I can give you some.

many items on your list are excluded this time from trade, IGM to know what I can spare for you.

The Super Giver carousel music box gives tiki timers when placed in the park. None of the Super Givers (music boxes) are eligible for trade or I would have been after them too! (I have the ballerina and get white innocence from it.)
