Newbie observation

Working on it feelfree2win. I still have one rune to open before I get to the top, the 10% workshop rune I think. Then I will just have to save up the stars for the LL. I took a side step and opened the breeding runes or I would be further up there. I hate lugging those trophies around and having to remember to save open spots for them as well.

 

Yeah, I sidestepped to open the breeding runes right before that breeding event last month, too. Otherwise I'd be just about to open that top rune. I spent some CCs late last night and finished the kindergarten quest - that got me back up to 100 stars...so now with this new event quest having stars, I'll be making some headway. It is really hard to remember to lug those trophies around...

 

Well done on the bat breeding LDC! I thought about it but those prizes were just to tempting for me to pass up. I forgot all about my dragon egg I got at the fair so I didn't remember to activate it before I harvested this morning.

I'm wondering about lavender jam this morning. I understand what it does but is there going to be a time I'm going to want to grow fields and fields of Sage? I've got a couple off the farm wheel and can't quite make out why I should want them but before I did something like use them towards leveling up I thought I would ask.

I used my prizes of lavender jam to level up my confectionery - 5 a day got me to CAC and then EM fairly quickly. At the time they offered the best value for levelling up.

 

The Kiwi food requires Laurel but for the life of me I can't find that anywhere. I've looked through the locked levels for the main farm and all the rooms in the temple and maybe I'm just missing it. Can someone tell me what level it gets unlocked or where I find it?

 

Laurel is a level 95 crop on the main farm.

Well that is an awfully long time to wait till I can make that feed. Guess I better start looking for deals on it in the market.

 

got one myself, hurts to spend 5-7kcc per feed. still though, 30k cc profit for 2x2 everyday. not selling though.

question? fuzzy resets at 6pm everyday, artisan shops? yesterday i ate 5 in the morning and 5 late at night, today im still waiting to eat 5. how does the timer work for artisan shops?

im working my way through a whole shop of gingerbreads

reached lv3 bakery, started making some puff cakes, with some careful shopping i can break even selling them or better yet eat them for 4000ep. will have to change my name to ~edit~ soon

 

What does a full moon maple tree produce? I've got one but have no idea what it makes and can't seem to find an odd man out so to speak when I look at my tree fruit. The FAQ's on rare trees are really limited as there are many that are not listed.

Also be sure & check the price for "Sage Macaroons", they give 125 points. I used both the Gingerbread & Macaroons depending on what the market was like.

 

just checked market, i havnt followed these two at all. gingerbread must be cheap on my market at 2000cc, with 20 pages of trades for it, the price equals sage macaroons on page 4 (4400cc). some people must just be selling cheap.
as for puff cake, i listed 1 yesterday at 10% cheaper than lowest trade and this morning i wake up to find my trade still there on page 9 lol. at the low price it will mean a loss to bake it. 2-3k cc loss for 150? points for baking it, i dont know, cc are so tight right now.

 

Yeah, when I discovered it was months if not years away, I made the decision that maybe it's just cheaper to feed the kiwi a power feed. At least it is as far as my market is concerned as kiwi feed hovers in the 4000CC and up pretty much all the time.

 

But keep in mind that you will be needing gigantic really huge amounts of pf to breed. I never use my pf on anything besides breeding. And my mill is running constantly producing pf.
If you sell the kiwis you will earn the CCs for feeding them many times.
