Can't buy Nepal package

When I try to buy the Nepal package is says sorry your shopping cart is empty...I do click on the package to add to cart (like I do for all my baskets I buy)..I do so want to help donate with these poor people it's so sad.

If you click on the button in your event timer (left side of game screen, on top of Buff Menu) it should open the Bank page with just this item (already in the shopping cart). There you click on buy and it should take you to the payment page. The same routine should work via the news page when you click on "Get Started".......at least this is how it worked for me.

 

Thanks Michael for your help but I have tried that already...Either way I try to buy It says the same thing you shopping cart is empty...I buy TONS of packages and this use to happen when I first started playing but they fixed it somehow( I play thu Bigfish)

 

Yes, Cindy, it looks like another special package that Bigfish hasn't yet set up for purchase. I can't get it either. I think we will need to check with BigFish support on this one. However, since this is for charity, there is no advantage for them to set it up.

 

If you refresh your game then you will see the package for sale.

 

Thanks harry but I have refreshed and tried every button to buy and it says sorry your shopping cart is empty..I have even restarted my computer and cleared my cache etc. I think it has something to do with Bigfish

 

yeah, I saw a bunch of people reporting issues with sale items when logging in through Bigfish....I had similar issues back in the day when I was playing Farmerama thru MySpace......luckily after some days of sweating blood and tears (and with a big help from the Farmerama Support) I got my account established directly....I hope this gets resolved for you somehow

I don't play this game through BigFish (BF) but I do play other games there. You probably should contact support for BF. My understanding is they have to make the offer available on special purchase items. Hope it gets resolved for you.

 

Lol, I tried before to get bigfish to answer questions, be ready for a lot of waiting and rewriting emails. I just sent a mail to this game,support I hope they can help before the offer is over.

Everything is ok with me now I just bought BB's and Nepal Rebuild...I hope it works for everyone else having problems
