Yes, I'm in Texas. I live in very rural area so it's quite a drive to do any type of shopping. Before the internet it was catalogs, the internet is so much better! I had a look through and there are some real companies that sell real products in there. I actually got a chunk of BB's out of ordering something I would have purchased anyway. Sad part is I can only do it once with that company.

I wish I had looked before because I ordered flowers for a sick friend and I could have gotten BB's for it as well.

I wouldn't do any of the survey ones as those are a scam and you will end up with more spam than you can imagine. I don't think there are any truly "free" offers that are legitimate. I spent money I would have spent regardless of the offer the BB's were just an added bonus.

Chris, in a way, there is. A handful of the "Normal" quests give BBs for fulfilling levels. Yesterday I got 10 BBs on the Wool quest - diamond tier - level 3. Fulfilling all three of the tiers at level three gives a total of 24 BBs.

The other quests that give BBs (that I've found so far) are: Angora Frenzy; Guano; Milk for Everyone; and Gertrude's Organic Eggs.

The egg quest is the cheapest by far to get to the level where it gives BBs (level 8 for that one). Second cheapest is Milk for Everyone. Those were the 1st two quests I finished.

I know them SL - I did all of them that I could to buy token things for the wheel (the roulette thing). Yesterday I wanted some to buy a plant that was for sale at the pig island - no idea what it was, but I didn't have one. (sigh) If I could watch the movies, then at least I could build up some reserves, but I only get them now for levels; and they are slower and slower

When I started playing this game, I promised myself I would not spend RL money on it. That lasted less than a week. I have no will power and want too many things. I am getting better at making BBs last a while, but that last stable deal? ouch.

I know the feeling... I grew up in rural CA, though I now live in PA. I wondered because if the offers are available in another part of the US, then they might be here, too. Thanks!

Chris_2_4 - do you have room for another neighbor? I lost one this past week, so I have room for one more. My farm name is my forum name.

You would be most welcome :)
Oh; another question - Fuzzy wuzzy (or whatever the sheep is called that gives the daily gifts) gave me quite a few yesterday (once before she gave loads! The gifts just kept coming and I thought the game had broken - but since then just 2 each day [am I the only one who feels cheated when you get 2000 points instead of something cool?]).
Anyway (back on track) yesterday one of the plethora of gifts (only 5, but I like the word) was "herbal elixir". What is it? It isn't in my barn or on the wheel that you get when you click to plant, but it is in the garden items to gift people.

Chris, thanks for accepting my neighbor offer! You got a boatload of gifts from Fuzzles Woolytop because you reached level 70. You will not be gifted thusly again until level 90. Next time you go to the meadow where he sits with the cake, hover your cursor over the gift box (red with a gold bow) that sits on the chair in the background on the left. THAT is the gift box you opened yesterday. And now we wait until we get to 90. I figure it'll be sometime next year for me. I made 77 a couple days ago and if I remember right, I need 1,900,000 EP to get to 78. I'm down to 1,393,335 this morning. So figuring approximately 250,000 EP a day (and that's if I finish quest levels that give lots of EP like I have the last few days) in a little over 5½ days. More likely, it'll be at least a week, maybe longer. The levels just get harder from here on out.

 oops, I tend to ignore the quests that only give EP in favour of getting the goodies, like powerfeed. Once I have finished all the goodies I will collect up the points - well, that was the plan. And if it takes so many to go up levels, it still seems there is no rush to gather them all,
Thanks for the gift SL :inlove: so generous!

Btw - I managed to make my 3 Hungry Bats :D Now trying to get the piggies to make a wild bore for me

Yeah, I got 2 of the hungry bats with party wheel spins and then I purchased the third on the market. Now I, too, am trying to get piggies to make the wild boars I need. I have the flaming steer - another wheel prize. Just gotta get those boars and then I can climb the magic beanstalk. Hoping I don't have to fight a giant when I get to the top.

FYI: You can unlock a Flaming Steer from the tree with stars. :)

Sewinglady, you could unlock yours and sell it in the market to buy your boars since you already had a steer.

Doh! I just realised my mistake - I have been putting horses in this breeding stable, sheep in another, rabbits in another, cuckoos in another etc, when I should have (as I did with the bats to get the ones for the stalk) focussed on just one animal at a time! Grrr - Used up over 100 powerfeeds, and time is running out, and I need to breed a scardy rabbit to get 15 more PF to breed the boars! (banging head against wall)

On the upside, you only make mistakes like that once in this game!! You won't do that again will you!? LOL Sorry it had to happen though! xD

    Thanks LM :p
Sweet-Cassie : where is the steer on the tree? I have peeked at all the icons I can find, and don't see it anywhere (wondering if I should try for it too)

(I just spent several hundred thousand CCs on Furry bats -.- I hope the PF I got for it is enough to breed the necessary before the end of BB)
